I propose that the scout set skill 98 lev should not generate additional agro.
I've seen many classes get downsized. I think that with the possibility of putting on two runes, this reduction is unnecessary, but the generation of additional agro after the changes could also be let go.

R / S - trying today on DC with this combination I noticed that although I used runes for accuracy and the title up to 300% accuracy, skill ID 491532 had almost 69% dodges, where on ROFL this level is about 20%. I know that rebuilding it and increasing its chance of hitting it will result in too high dps on lower instances than DC. Therefore, I suggest changing the system to - not a chance to dodge, but a chance to hit the target and give the indicator initially to 70%

I like the current mechanic, where the loot is guarded by the last boss. This does not give you a chance to bypass and farm the incomplete instance.

What? Please no. Make DC not easier as it is now. We killed B4 with 9 ppl after the change and with old weapons. It is possible to kill it without tactic for every 12 ppl group...
And B2 is a joke for a tank tbh. Standing several minutes afk. You have 81% dmg reduction from boss and you can literally go afk and take a shower.... Not joking. And no, I have no OP tank gear. There are several gears better than mine on server

We will not reduce maximum durability of new weapons. We currently do not plan to change 120 limit for hammers, but will discuss with the team.

I agree that such forcing is quite unfair because the skin loses a lot of it. On the other hand, now is the perfect time to just change the conversion rate and give what most people want - skin on dexterity and not mixed stats.
And I also see the only big advantage of the interface. Besides, there is still a focus on agriculture, in addition, the price and the mechanism of upgrading for diamonds does not hit me at all - it is very expensive, and so requires obtaining or making a card for 4 attributes that I want to max.

After testing this class in various group composition it became very clear that this class is basicly unplayable for about 75% of the instance.
The Full Burst in Aoe
Works pretty good in my Opinion and does very good damage, and gets better if u have more than 1 b/r for a second kick to know down another wave of enemies.
The off burst in Trash
Well there is the problem off this class besides the massive energy AND focus problems, there are 2 aoes:
Mass Destruction which deals very little damage in offburst if no skill(1491133) is applied because then u do only mainhand DPS which on this class u barely have any of it AND u cant always affort that skill because it costs 40 energy AND 18 focus + the cost of (1491133) with 27 focus which comes to a total cost of 40 energy and 45 focus for 1 aoe, without any focus recovery u wont be able or can afford to use this combination.
2nd AOE (1491338) the Octav skill which has an elite so it deals Dark Damage.
well 1st its again ONLY main hand dps which this class doesnt really have and it also got nerfed to 644%. This skill combined with 20s cd doesnt really add that much to the class.
My Fix for the offburst disaster:
Give some kind of energy/focus regeneration
Change "1491338" too main and offhand dps like every skill of that class
reduce energy cost of Mass destruction and invert the Offhand and main hand dps so it can profit from the higher offhand dps OR give a Damage buff to the tamburin as a mainhand weapon.
Full Burst Single target
I guess thats where u wanted to make this class shine since, if u are able to stack to 10, it can absolutly destroy the boss. It also brings a bit of support to the group so if you change the class a bit that its better in offburst/trash then the Fullburst in Single target should take a nerf.
Sustain Single Target
Same as AOE sustain in offburst its absolutly trash, for example b2 in rofl u can see how bad it is to stand at a boss without anything to do since at 1 point u can spam a non gcd skill and thats it.
At bosses u can stack ur daggers which do without buffs no real dps since u dont have any weapon damage
In Trash the stacking is way to slow to not use "1491130" on Cooldown.
Conclusion:
This class feels very bad too play and definitly needs some love. In Comparison to other good/decent classes it will always fall behind even on better gear.
This was all tested with t11/12 gold gear and t14 weapons and compared to a wide range of singletarget/aoe classes
and most of the times this class falls off very fast after the first pull and u get the feeling of beeing useless until the next time u have all buffs up.

After a few b /r attempts, it seems to me that there is physical damage there. I would suggest increasing damage from the main weapon and only the skill that reduces damage from the other hand.
First the best statting is absolutly not 3:3 for rouge! Yes it is the best for all leather classes. But if you just play rouge, dont stat 3:3. I can agree i like those changes too. These sets you can get are even woth for new player and they dont need to put diamonds for set pieces who are right now less woth to farm! And i dont know what you mean but i saw a lot new players here the last 2-3 weeks join the sever. I think here is the most problem what the most endgame player have, they dont care about new low player and just look what is the best for him self or his group. I like to help always even those low players. Even if they need help for any worldboss they need a portal or just help with any quest i know or remember. Dont forget any time you was this low player and was needing this help too 😉 This endgame atm is absolutly not woth to say i f**k of all others and just look by myself. You can farm the new wb and you can happy enouth with that. I dont have that experience atm. To do so i dont even really care! Yes i will not have the best stats for new content, but who cares. I dont go to update my t12 gear just becaurse of 1-2 new stats. I can use them on new content and i am fine with it. Or even not if i make new leather🤷🏻♂️ who cares.
