As soon as your client lost connection with the server, and can't establish it again, the ping will increase.
Please restart your game client, as waiting in this case won't bring you any result.

Is going back to character selection screen counting as "login" too? I mostly had he issues while going back to character selection screen with more than 1 Account
Yes, when you log out to character screen, it does the login process again.
Shouldn't be an issue for regular gameplay with 1-2 accounts anyway, even when done at the same time.
We adjusted the settings a bit, so it should be better for players using multiple accounts.
Please always try to log in characters one by one, to avoid issues.
We will take a look on it, and keep you updated.

Please try the following steps:
1. close launcher
2. download two last patches:

3. move them to game directory
4. right click on them one by one, and execute as administrator, then wait until it finish
You may disable antivirus temporary, as I'm not sure what caused that issue for you.
There was additional restart, which is done now, please apply client patch.
Most of reported bugs after first restart should be now fixed.
We made a 30 minutes rollback, due to some players lost their items.

It was a short disconnect, caused by incorrect configuration on third party company side.
There wasn't any attack at this time.
If you suspect anyone of doing some weird actions, you can report to our support, and it will be reviewed.
There are indeed some people which keep a character near a boss, and kill almost immediately after spawn, but none of checked was doing it with third party programs.
Doesn't look like a pure DDOS, we are checking it.
The server has been restarted.
I like it when the game crashes every so often. All the bot accounts get booted and players have a chance at getting certain bosses.

It most likely depends on the amount of connections from same network, especially if established in short period of time.
is it now a solution, that you get temporarly banned from login, if you login multiple accounts at the same time? I hope that this is not the ddos solution :O but I was kicked out as I tried to login a 5th account
If you log in immediately to a lot of accounts, it may be recognized as suspicious activity.
It should be a temporary, until we will build own firewall for the COA.
I successfully logged in to 6 accounts, when logging in them one by one.
Please try to do that that way.

As mentioned by Laisha, the best place for such cases is to contact out support.
They will check the logs and see what happen, and eventually return.
