    No, you can get starter gear only once.

    If you got a package, but didn't yet open you can contact our Support for replacement.

    There seems to be an issue with server status in the launcher.


    The server is still under maintenance.

    We booted it for a few minutes to test something, but it's offline again.

    We checked it, and both seems to be working fine on our side.

    Please check if it's not caused by hiding your visual / transformation effects.

    It feels really good if you pull stats and it says absoluty nowhere (!!!!) that these cost coins. You don't even get the message that you paid them.

    Another card that does not display 1 attribute. Background: it was a card with 1 attribute (+10 to all attributes), then I added 3 more attributes, changed them to what I needed and then upgraded it for 600d

    Such cards aren't supposed to be modified, and it will be fixed with upcoming patches.

    Please contact our support about that, you will get back the original card, resources, and diamonds.

    The launcher only reinstall patch if client wasn't correctly patched.

    Usually caused by missing user to directory permissions or false-positive blocks of antivirus.


    Please try the following steps:

    1. close your launcher

    2. download this patch: https://cdn-download.chronicle…012.en_10.5.0.2000.en.exe

    3. move to game directory and execute as administrator (right mouse button option)

    4. when it finishes patching, start the launcher

    5. There will be 12 more patches until 10.5.0.2106

    Maintenances are scheduled based on Team availability, commonly we need few members for that.

    We are also trying to deliver newly developed content as soon as possible.

    We are also trying to not choose hours with peak amounts of players online, but it's not always possible.

    None of the last 10 maintenances happened on Saturday evening.

    Most of the regular maintenances takes 10-30 min, only bigger content takes few hours.


    Datacenter maintenances timeframes do not depend on PlayerNet.

    ~8 hours one, even if we can control timeframes, would interrupt someone play time.

    You can move whisper box to any place, it can't be permanently closed.

    You can create another tab, without world and zone, with the chats you want.

    Judging from your chatbox you are using TooltipIDs, Advanced Auction House & WoWMap. Those addons have been integrated in the base game and might interfere.

    I'm not sure if this causes your problem, but I'd recommend removing them. Maybe it will help.

    They are located in your interface/addons directory.

    For the textures, as Byte said, you can perform client reinstallation.

    Alternatively, contact our supportso they will figure out which files are broken and provide replacements.

    There is no "Dest" character on the server actively playing.

    You most likely mean "Dester".


    Please always provide quest name or ID, so others can know which quest you mean.

    The screenshots may be some outdated function which was used to get time from game client.

    It requires updating an addon or it's code.

    Check if it's happening without any addons.


    Ikarus may not be compatible due to changes with recent patches, so need update the code.


    Channel changes are made by our Team, to implement bugfixes on live, without restarting the whole server.
