Hi,
After finishing the Prestige questions, I received [1249169] The Red Triumph Scroll from Reward Chest → Seasonal Chest (screenshot attached). However:I cannot use the item (likely don’t meet the requirements: “Active Small Pack or above / only works on achievements with 0–1 star”)
I also cannot discard/destroy it; it’s unsellable and there’s no destroy option.

Hi,
I noticed an inconsistency on the Server Rankings under Prestige (categories: Monster Cards, Monster Hunt, Mini Games, Prestige Chronicles, Consumables).
Issue:
Other characters on the same account appear in the rankings even if they have no progress in the selected category, and they inherit my main character’s percentage (e.g., 100%). Simply logging those alts in seems to add them to the list. This:

Artificially inflates the rankings (multiple entries from one account at the top),

Exposes players’ other character names (privacy concern),
-
Makes it unclear which character actually completed the achievement.

Hi,
since a recent patch I can no longer use several Druid healing/buff skills without a target. Previously, if I had no target during combat, pressing the skill would either apply it to myself or still fire; now nothing happens. This makes Druid gameplay much harder (e.g., on bosses I have to press F1 to select myself, cast, then re-select the boss).
Affected skills (examples):

Steps to reproduce:

With no target selected, press any of the skills above.

When there is no target, the skills should auto-cast on self (the former behavior), or there should be a setting like “cast on self if no valid target.”
Question:
Was this change intentional or is it a bug? If intentional, could you consider one of these QoL improvements for Druids?

Hi,
At [40.9, 28.6] on Atlantis Lost Island there are three NPCs standing together. My observations:

[139266] Johnkopytko: Shows a proper tooltip/ID when hovered. He holds a Polish flag, level 105, type “Monster”.

The other two characters: Standing right next to him, but no tooltip/ID appears on hover. I also couldn’t find any interaction, dialogue, or quest trigger.
Questions:

Do these NPCs have any quest/event/lore purpose?

While working on the Prestige Achievements > Monster Cards > Candara > Continent category, I encountered an issue with the "Stellar Card Mastery (0/15)" achievement.
The description says:
To test this, I went to Howling Mountains and upgraded the card 770005 [Card – Young Bear] to 5 stars. However, the progress of the achievement did not increase at all.
This makes me believe that either:

The feature is not working as intended.
As a result, I am stuck at 99.88% completion and cannot achieve 100% progress in my achievements.
Please investigate this issue and clarify/fix the functionality.
If we understand your inquiry correctly, the question arises: why do you expect world and continental achievements to count conditions already completed in local zones?
The system principle is straightforward: a completed local achievement no longer generates progress for world or continental levels.
World and continental achievements only track progress from active local achievements. Complete a local achievement — lose that progress source for higher tiers. This is a logical and consistent system.
The alternative logic you're suggesting would allow players to exploit the system — finding the easiest achievements to unlock world and continental ones. Such mechanics didn't exist before, don't exist now, and won't exist in the future.
The rule is simple: complete all local achievements — automatically complete world and continental achievements.

I am experiencing an issue with the "Stellar Card Mastery (0/15)" achievement in the Candara > Continent category.
The description says:
"Increase the Star Level of 15 monster cards from the Candara region to 5."
To test this, I upgraded the card 770005 [Young Bear] to 5 stars. However, the progress of the achievement did not increase and still shows 0/15.
This makes me believe that either:

Currently, I am stuck at 99.88% completion and cannot reach 100%.

Hello,
With my prestige level, most quests have no waiting time. However, the following quests still have a waiting delay:

424932 [Components Scavenger] → Has a 5-second waiting delay.

424609 [Energy Detection] (NPC: 119917 [Famam Wormbeard])
→ When interacting with 119918 [Energy Detection Device], there is a 5-second waiting delay.

424778 [Experiment Materials] and 424861 [Experiment Materials]
→ When interacting with 119610 [Fire Crystal] and 119611 [Ice Energy], there is a 3-second waiting delay.
I believe the prestige system should also remove the waiting delay for these quests.

Description:
When playing in Turkish, the green lightning icon on the Prestige Battle Pass Gold timer overlaps the numbers, creating a visually unpleasant look.
Details:

TR version: The overlap is more severe; the icon almost covers part of the countdown numbers.

I think it is necessary to add a button to feed the pet to 100%, what is the point of an instant call if the pet is "hungry". After resurrection in battle, when you need to quickly update the buffs and call the pet, some time is spent to feed the pet before calling. In the game, there is a Wheel of Fortune system. Players with Prestige, like myself, can spin the wheel 14 times per day for free to obtain items. However, each spin requires waiting for the wheel to turn for about 3 seconds before receiving the reward.
I think it would be a nice improvement if, for players who have purchased the higher Prestige packages, this 3-second waiting time could be reduced. This would make the daily spins faster and more convenient, especially for players who regularly use all of their spins.
What do you think about this idea?

During the Crafting Festival, I noticed that the title [532336] Master Artisan can only be obtained by purchasing [1249414] Exquisite Ribbon Package from the NPC Eldoria (163662), which requires Festival Ribbons as currency.
However, the Crafting Festival itself does not provide Festival Ribbons in any way. For example, I have a large number of [242090] Hardwork Craft Package items, but after carefully checking, I noticed that this package does not contain Festival Ribbons either.
This means that if a player only participates in the Crafting Festival (and not in other festivals beforehand), it is impossible for them to obtain the Master Artisan title. The only way to get it is to have previously stocked Festival Ribbons from other festivals before the Crafting Festival starts.
My questions are:

Was this limitation intentionally designed?

Or is this something that should be improved so players can earn Festival Ribbons during the Crafting Festival as well?

Additionally, NPC [119143] Polis Leighton does not give many quests. Even though players can take up to 4 per day, many collections require completing this NPC’s quests. I think for a new player, this makes completing the collection somewhat difficult and tedious. Could there be any improvement regarding this as well?
Collection/Achievement systems aren't meant to be completed in single day, or week. It's not planned to adjust this.

This is not about finishing a collection in one day or one week, but rather about the fact that it is currently impossible to finish it at all under the existing system.
Could you please clarify if there are any plans to address this specific limitation?

As previously reported on the forum, certain World Bosses (e.g., 103129 [Zanka], 104705 [Spider Priestess Mandara], 105893 [Targonharl], 105894 [Lagusen]) do not appear as alive on the (M) map screen even when they are actually alive in the game. This issue is still ongoing. Has there been any update or planned fix for this problem? We would like to know the current status.

Entry: Woodland Honor Harvest – shows 24/25
What the text says:
“Complete 25 Prestige Achievements in South Janost Forest at any star level.”
What I did:

I finished every visible South Janost Forest prestige entry across the 1★–5★ tiers (see screenshot).

All other sub‑achievements in this section are completed, yet the counter for Woodland Honor Harvest remains 24/25.
Expected:
After completing 25 South Janost Forest prestige achievements, the counter should reach 25/25 and the entry should complete.
Actual:
Counter is stuck at 24/25 even though no further visible achievements remain to be done in this region.
Notes / Questions:

Is the description correct, or are there hidden/excluded achievements that don’t count toward this total?

If some tasks are intentionally excluded, could the description be clarified? Otherwise, it looks like a progression bug similar to the one I reported earlier for “Stellar Card Mastery”.

I was the first player on the server to complete the Yrvandis Hollows collection at 100%, but in the server rankings, I can see that players who reached 100% after me are now placed at the top spots (see attached screenshots).
My question is:

Should the first player to complete a collection at 100% always remain in rank 1?

Or is the ranking among 100% players determined randomly?

Achievement Name: Card Seeker 875/975875/975875/975
Category: Continent → Candara
The achievement description currently says: “Collect 975 monster cards by defeating enemies in the Candara region.”
However, through testing I found that this achievement only progresses when killing elite monsters in the Candara continent.
Killing normal monsters does not contribute to the progress.
This means the in-game description does not match the actual functionality.
Updating the description to reflect the correct conditions would help avoid confusion for players.

I have a suggestion regarding the Add to Favorites (Star icon) feature in the crafting system.
Example:

Open the Tailoring tab in crafting.

Click on the Items category.
-
Hover over 551660 [Recipe - Exquisite Handmade Clothes] and click the Add to Favorites (star icon) button on the far right.
When doing this, the current page position is not preserved. Instead, all main categories expand as if they were clicked, and all subcategories become visible. As a result, I have to go through all the steps from the beginning to return to the same page.
My suggestion:
When clicking the Add to Favorites button, the system should preserve the current page location and category state. This way, players can continue exactly where they left off without unnecessary time loss.
I have also recorded a video showing this behavior, which I am sharing below.
