    While checking my Prestige Achievements, I noticed a notification issue.

    As shown in the image:

    • I have completed all Prestige achievements in the Yrvandis Corridor and Elven Island region (100% completion).

    • Although I was eligible to claim rewards, there was no reward notification or alert shown on my screen.

    • I discovered this by accident and had to collect the rewards manually.

    I believe there should be active reward notifications in this case.

    Just like in other achievement categories, players should be notified when rewards are available in Prestige Chronicles as well.

    I kindly request this issue to be resolved and similar notification issues to be prevented.

    When using the in-game item Alchemist's Smelting Crystal (ID: 1250780), certain items looted from bosses are automatically sold. Unfortunately, this results in unwanted consequences for players.

    For example, when the following item drops:

    Item: Novice Wand (ID: 219563)

    Stats: +5 Dexterity, +5 Intelligence

    Many players, including myself, use this item for stat transfer (stat extraction) by purchasing it in the auction house or farming it directly from bosses.

    However, when Alchemist's Smelting Crystal is active, such low-rarity items are instantly converted into gold and disappear before we can use them. This is an unwanted situation for players who collect stat items.

    I would like to report a possible inconsistency or ask for clarification regarding the collection progress display for the dungeon [Forsaken Abbey (Awakened)]

    • When I open the Black Book (Kara Kitap) and hover over the dungeon, the collection progress is shown as 97% (screenshot 1).

    • However, when I enter the dungeon and press M to view the in-dungeon map, it shows the collection as 100% (screenshot 2).

    I have double-checked and all collectibles (Titles, Cards, Quests, Bosses, Lore, Relics, Nature) are marked as fully completed (green check marks).

    🟨 Is this a known bug, or is there a specific reason why the Black Book displays 97% while the in-dungeon map shows 100%?

    While reviewing the achievement rewards in the Prestige Journal, I noticed a possible inconsistency between different categories.

    🔎 For example:

    • In the "Consumables""Resources" section, the reward panel on the right only offers Prestige Experience and Courage Coins.

    • However, in "Monster Cards""World", there is a wide variety of additional rewards (materials, currencies, consumables, etc.).

    📌 My question is:

    Is this reward difference between categories intentional and part of the design, or is it an oversight?

    I’d like to understand whether all categories are supposed to have equal reward depth, or if some are meant to be simpler.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I understand that the tooltip currently only shows the quests from the main zone, excluding those from its sub-zones. However, I believe it would greatly benefit players if this system were expanded to also include quests from child zones. Since many regions have several sub-areas, it's not always obvious where the missing quests are located, and players may overlook them.

    A more comprehensive tooltip showing all quests from the entire region (including sub-zones) would help players complete their collections more efficiently and reduce confusion — especially for completionists trying to reach 100%.

    In the Aslan Valley region, the Quest section shows:

    139 / 143 Quests completed (see screenshot).

    However, when I hover over the "Quests" category or the number,

    there is no information provided about which 4 quests are missing ❓

    It would be very helpful if the game displayed some info when we hover over the quest count, such as:

    • ❗ Names of missing quests

    • 📍 Related areas or NPCs

    • 📘 Type of the missing quests (daily, public, normal)

    • It gives us a goal to aim for

    • Saves time from searching forums or guessing

    • Makes the Collectibles experience feel more complete and guided

    Some cards in the Splitwater Coast map say "TOOLTIP_CARD_TRACK". I think this came with the last update.

    🧩 In the game, we currently have a Monster Card System, accessible by pressing (P) and navigating to the "Canavar Kitabı" / Monster Book section.

    🎴 When I open the tab called "Unconverted Cards", I can see I currently have 67 cards listed (see image attached).

    To convert each card into the new system format, I have to:

    • Manually click each card

    • Click “Convert to New System Card”

    • Pay 2,000,000 gold per card

    • Repeat this 67 times

    ⏳ This process is very time-consuming and becomes frustrating for players with many cards to convert.

    Please consider adding a button like:

    🎯 I recently purchased the item [Pet Metamorphosis Elixir - Player] (ID: 1248552) from the Diamond Shop for 499 diamonds.

    🛠️ I used it on my main pet, expecting it to transform into my current character's appearance — as the item description clearly states:

    (This elixir has no effect on pet skills.)

    ✅ At first, it worked correctly and my pet copied my current character look.

    However, very frequently the pet randomly transforms into unrelated costumes — even ones I do not own.

    📹 As shown in the video I’ve linked, the pet transformed into an Iran costume, which I have never purchased or equipped.

    This happens multiple times and seems to ignore my actual appearance.

    💬 So here is my question:

    🟡 Is this behavior intentional and working as designed?

    🔴 If yes, then the item description is misleading, because the pet does not consistently use the player’s current appearance.

    🔵 If not, then this seems like a bug, and the pet system is applying incorrect models randomly.

    I’ve encountered an issue with the Auction House system related to the "Cancel Auction" functionality.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. I open the Auction House NPC and switch to the "My Offers" tab.

    2. In the "Search in My Offers" field, I type “Kart” (Card) to filter only my listed cards.

    3. The interface correctly displays only the card items I currently have on auction.

    4. I then click the "Cancel Auction" button, expecting only the visible, filtered cards to be returned to me.

    🧩 Problem:

    Instead of returning only the filtered card items, the system cancels and returns random items from all my listings — including equipment, crafting materials, etc.

    This happens despite the interface showing only cards at the time of cancellation.

    🎯 Expected Behavior:

    When a filter is applied and the visible results are exclusively cards, the Cancel Auction function should only apply to those visible, filtered items — not affect unrelated auctions.

    Please check if this is a bug with the filtering logic or with how item cancellation is handled when using filters.

    After the 11.1.6.1500 patch released on August 1, 2025, I noticed a UI issue on the large world map screen (opened with the M key).

    When I click the "Settings" button in the upper-right corner, under the "World Map Options", there is a text entry between "Show Party" and "Disable Automove" that has no label in English or Turkish. It appears to be completely blank or untranslated.

    📌 Important notes:

    • This happens even when launching the game with no addons installed.

    • The issue seems to be with the default game client.

    I’ve noticed something strange with the collectibles system. As far as I know, collectibles for each region can be completed up to 100%, and after that, there’s nothing more to collect.

    However, in the Yrvandis Hollows region, I was the first person to reach 100% completion, and I was ranked #1. But when I checked the server rankings again, I saw someone listed above me with 100.62%, even though the region was already fully completed.

    How is this possible?

    • Is there a hidden mechanic?

    • Or a new collectible added that doesn’t reflect in the main UI?

    • Or maybe a bug in the ranking system?

    I’m quite invested in the collectibles system and spent a lot of time completing this region. That’s why I was surprised to see my rank drop after reaching what should be the maximum. If this is a bug or if there’s new content, I’d love to know.

    I've noticed an issue with the Prestige feature that allows us to track the real-time position of world bosses on the map if they are alive.

    🔴 Problem:

    Some bosses continue to appear on the map as if they are alive, even after they have already been killed. When I go to the indicated location, the boss is not actually present, but the icon remains visible, making it look like the boss is still alive.

    📌 This creates confusion and wastes time for players actively tracking and farming bosses.

    🛠️ Expected behavior:

    Once a boss is killed, it should immediately disappear from the map until it respawns.


    After teleporting to Silverspring to test the newly added Collectibles system, I noticed a Turkish localization issue in the system message.

    When reaching certain collectible progress milestones, the message shows:
