    Hello,

When I download and launch the game for the first time, I want to lower the graphics settings before entering the game, but currently this is not possible.

This is how the issue occurs:

    • On first launch, the game starts with high default graphics settings.

    • Since my PC is not powerful enough (especially due to shadow settings), the game heavily freezes during loading.

    • I cannot change these settings before entering the game or even before character selection.

    • When I try to lower the settings inside the game, the screen often freezes completely and no actions are possible.

    • In many cases, I am forced to close the game using CTRL + ALT + DELETE.

This does not affect only me.

A friend of mine downloaded the game for the first time yesterday and encountered the exact same issue, which caused them to give up on starting the game.

I believe this creates a very discouraging experience for new players.

Not everyone has a high-end PC capable of handling high graphics settings, and this severely impacts the first impression of the game.

    My suggestion:

    • Allow graphics settings (especially Shadow settings) to be adjusted

before entering the game, directly from the launcher or login screen.

    • Alternatively, provide an option to start the game with a low graphics preset on first launch.

This would greatly improve accessibility for players with lower-end systems and make the onboarding experience much smoother.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Normally in the (T) Titles & Badges menu, I can hover/select a title and click “Equip Title” to activate it and display it above my character.

However, this does not work for titles under System > Collectible:

    • The Collectibles titles cannot be clicked/selected (they won’t become active).

    • The usual “Equip Title” behavior seems unavailable for these.

Is this intended design, or is it a bug?

Are Collectibles titles supposed to be always passive/always active, or is there a requirement/setting I’m missing?

I’m attaching screenshots. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello,

This report is about 1250680 [Revive Orb], which should allow reviving on the spot in the open world. However, I’m seeing multiple UI/text inconsistencies:

    1. Shows “0 charge - Aura of Rebirth” even though I have Revive Orbs

I died in Yistra, and even though I have 28x 1250680 [Revive Orb] in my bag, the death screen displays “0 charge - Aura of Rebirth”. It looks like the UI does not recognize the item count correctly (possible visual/UI bug).

    2. Tooltip / hover text inconsistency on death options

On the death screen there are two options. When hovering with the mouse:

    • The first option shows no tooltip at all.

    • The second option shows a tooltip that simply says “Revive at resurrection point”.

    1. Turkish client shows both options with the same text

When playing in Turkish, both buttons display the exact same text, which seems incorrect (the options should be different).

Screenshots are attached. Could you confirm whether this is a UI/translation/visual issue, and if it can be investigated?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Quick update regarding the “This feature can only be purchased up to 5 times per day.” error I reported yesterday.

I tested again the next day and it looks like this was a temporary issue only happening on the day of my first-ever Prestige Gold purchase. After logging in the next day, the message did not appear anymore and everything worked normally.

    Hello,

While checking the set list on 1220219 [Gloves of Fortification], I noticed an incorrect/missing string showing as Sys1221481_name in the tooltip. Instead of a proper item/set name, the game displays a sysname placeholder, which looks like a missing or not-loaded string.

I also verified this using the ItemPreview(2) addon, and the issue is reproducible there as well. In the addon search/preview it appears as 1221481 <NoName>.

    • Related item: 1220219 [Gloves of Fortification]

    • Wrong/missing string shown in tooltip: Sys1221481_name

    • Addon verification: ItemPreview(2)1221481 <NoName>

Could you please confirm and fix the missing string so it displays the correct name/translation? Thank you.

    Hello,

On 16.01.2026, I purchased Prestige Gold for the first time. Since then, I have been constantly receiving the following on-screen error message:

“This feature can only be purchased up to 5 times per day.”

Because of this message, I cannot make progress and the purchase/upgrade action appears to be blocked.

    A few important notes:

    • This is my first time buying Prestige Gold.

    • Previously, when I checked/used this system (or similar purchases), I did not see any daily limit like this. If this is a new limitation for the new season, it is quite disappointing.

    • I’m not sure if this is an intended new limitation or a bug (e.g., the system might incorrectly treat my first purchase as if I already reached the daily limit).

    • I have restarted the game (logout/login), but the issue still persists.

    Could you please:

    1. Confirm whether a 5-times-per-day limit is intended, and

    2. If not, investigate/fix why this error triggers immediately after purchasing Prestige Gold and prevents progression?

    Thank you.

    2. Zindan boyunca KESİNLİKLE ÖLMEMELİSİNİZ
    3. Son boss Ancalon mutlaka öldürülmelidir
    4. Tavsiye: Boss’u tek atmayın, mümkün olduğunca yavaş öldürmeye çalışın

    Şartlar sağlandığında:

    • 530358 – Nameft'in Düşmanı / Nemesis of the Undead – (Challenge/Special) title’ı otomatik olarak kazanılır.

    How to Obtain (Tested)

    Tested Setup

    • Main character level: 106
    • All classes were 106
    • Lowered one class level via the Diamond Shop
    • Reduced Bard to level 22
    • Main class: Bard (Lv. 22)
    • Secondary class: Mage
    Quote
⚠️ Even if Mage is level 106, the game scales/uses the main class level, so Mage behaves as level 22 inside the dungeon.

    Critical Conditions

    1. Keep your main class ≤25 (I obtained it at 22)
    2. Do NOT die inside the dungeon
    3. Kill the final boss Ancalon
    4. Recommendation: Do not one-shot Ancalon; kill him slowly

    Hi everyone,

As of 14.01.2026, I’m cleaning up remaining quests and I noticed several quests in Chrysalia are blocked by prerequisites that only show as “SysXXXXXX_name” (no description). Because of this, I cannot accept or complete the quests.

    My situation

    • In the quest log, these quests are not completed and still listed as pending:

      • 425345 – “Stomp It!”

      • 425344 – “Maintaining Battle Capacity”

      • 425343 – “Intense Strikes”

      • 425342 – “Kill Them All!”

      • 425261 – “Eliminate Elite Remodeled Soldiers”

    • The prerequisites show numeric IDs like 546985, 546986, etc.

    • Using ItemPreview2 addon: typing these IDs (e.g., 546985) only returns “Sys546985_name” (same for others), with no clue what it is.

    A) Quest 425345 – “Stomp It!” (ID 425345)

    • Quest objective appears to be: Kill 1x 106865 “Kulech Destroyer”

    • Prerequisite: 546985 [Sys546985_name]

    • Quest giver should be: NPC 120606 Evan Wright (Chrysalia)

    • Problem: Evan Wright does not offer quest 425345.

When I talk to Evan Wright, he only offers these four quests (and repeats them even after turn-in):

    • 425322 Dignity of the Fallen – Stop the Kulech transporting a corpse (Chrysalia 51.9/49.9)

    • 425331 Stomp It! – Kulech Destroyer (Chrysalia 53.2/50.3)

    • 425333 Standing Amongst the Corpses – Drive back Gessart’s enemies (Chrysalia 52.4/49)

    • 425336 Dignity of the Fallen – Stop the Kulech transporting a corpse (Chrysalia 51.9/49.9)

I accepted and completed all four, turned them in, but Evan Wright still only offers the same four quests again. No progress toward 425345.

    B) Quest 425344 – “Maintaining Battle Capacity” (ID 425344)

    • Prerequisites:

      • 425319 – “Standing Amongst the Corpses” (I have completed this in the past; the game does not let me retake it)

      • 546986 [Sys546986_name]

    • Quest giver should be: NPC 120606 Evan Wright

    • Problem: Evan Wright does not offer 425344, likely because I don’t have whatever Sys546986 is.

    C) Quest 425343 – “Intense Strikes” (ID 425343)

    • Prerequisite: 546983 [Sys546983_name]

    • Quest giver should be: NPC 120492 Pete Maik

    • Problem: Pete Maik does not offer 425343.

    What I tried:

    • Pete Maik offered a quest 425329 “Intense Strike” (similar name).

      • I accepted it; it applied a 5-minute buff (622305 “Quick-Fire Attacks”); I completed and turned it in.

      • After that, the NPC wouldn’t re-offer it (seems like daily/limited).

    • I then completed multiple other quests from the same NPC, many of them showing daily lock messages like “wait until tomorrow”, including:

      • 425304 / 425299 Deal With Death (gave item 241351 Wishing Rune)

      • 425305 / 425300 Ongoing Research (Kulech Shell)

      • 425306 / 425301 Endless Supply of Morale (Encourage Soldiers)

      • 425307 / 425302 Friendly Partner (gave item 241230 Garon Myrmex Smell Can)

      • 425321 / 425349 Scorched Earth (gave 241144 Cremation Rune x3, message: “These Cremation Runes are for you. Good luck!”)

Despite completing these, quest 425343 never becomes available.

    D) Quest 425342 – “Kill Them All!” (ID 425342)

    • Prerequisites:

      • 425319 – “Standing Amongst the Corpses” (already completed long ago, cannot retake)

      • 546984 [Sys546984_name]

    • Quest giver should be: NPC 120606 Evan Wright

    • Problem: Evan Wright does not offer 425342, likely due to unknown Sys546984 prerequisite.

    E) Quest 425261 – “Eliminate Elite Remodeled Soldiers” (ID 425261)

    • Prerequisites:

      • 425244 – “Eliminate Remodeled Beasts” (already completed long ago, cannot retake)

      • 546250 [Sys546250_name]

    • Quest giver should be: NPC 120277 Jakon Wright

    • Problem: Jakon Wright does not offer 425261, likely due to unknown Sys546250 prerequisite.

    My questions

    1. What exactly are these prerequisites (Sys546985 / Sys546986 / Sys546983 / Sys546984 / Sys546250) and how do I obtain/trigger them?

      • Are they hidden achievements, reputation ranks, story flags, items, or world events?

    2. If they are items/flags, where do they come from (NPC chain, drop, zone event, daily completion count, etc.)?

    3. Could this be a localization/data issue where the prerequisite name is missing (showing SysXXXXX_name), effectively blocking the quest chain?

Any guidance (or confirmation if these quests are currently bugged/disabled) would be appreciated.

Talaghan Quest Line The video has been uploaded.

    Hello,

I play the game on two different computers.

At home, my PC is powerful, and I can run the game on maximum settings without any issue.

However, my work PC is very weak (basically a toaster), so I need to play with all settings turned to the lowest.

    Here’s the main problem:

When I play on my work PC, I must lower the Shadow settings before entering the game, otherwise it becomes nearly unplayable.

I try to adjust the Shadow options in the client (as shown in the screenshots), but the game ignores these settings.

Every time I log in, I have to lower the shadow settings again from inside the game.

    The issue is that:

    • I can’t change the settings on the login screen (ID & Password).

    • I can’t change them on the character selection screen either.

    • I can only change them after entering the game.

For players with low-end PCs, this makes logging in and playing quite difficult.

Allowing Shadow settings to be adjusted from the login interface would make a big difference.

Maybe you can find a better solution, but I believe enabling Shadow adjustment before entering the game would already help a lot.

    Thank you.

Following my previous report about NPC 129022 [Johnny Dalker], I’ve performed additional tests and discovered further issues.

I’ve also recorded a video to demonstrate the details clearly.

    Here’s what I found:

    1. It’s still impossible to open a portal directly to Johnny Dalker from a distance.

    2. When standing next to Johnny Dalker, I can’t teleport to any other location.

    3. While near him, I also can’t open a portal to any other area.

I’d like to know if this restriction is intentional or if it’s a bug.

The attached video shows all the behaviors in detail.

It seems that it’s impossible to open a portal directly to NPC 129022 [Johnny Dalker] from a distance.
However, when I’m standing next to Johnny Dalker, I can open portals to any other location without issue.

    So I’m wondering —

    Is this behavior a bug?

Or was it intentionally designed this way?

For example, when I try to use an alt character to open a portal to Johnny Dalker, the game won’t allow it.
I always have to open a portal to Varanas first, then walk to the NPC manually.

Could you please clarify whether this is intentional or an oversight?

This issue may have already been discussed, but I'd like to clarify. The purchase of prestige quests is limited to 5 per day. As I understand it, there are two ways to increase prestige: 1. Run around locations and complete quests, or 2. Buy quests. If purchasing them is limited, maybe they'll also limit the ability to complete them without purchasing to 5 per day? I think the purchase limit is unfair to some players. For example, my monster cards in several locations are already 5 stars. How can I complete the "Upgrade N cards to 5 stars" achievement? This quest should either be available for purchase without restrictions or already be automatically completed.

This situation also applies to me. For example, all of my Yistra map cards are at maximum.

Suggested Title: Prestige System – Questions About Season 6 and System Inconsistencies

    Hello,

With the launch of Prestige Season 6, there are several unclear or confusing points regarding how the system now works. These questions reflect not only my concerns but also the concerns of many players who are considering purchasing Prestige. Clear answers would help the community a lot.

    1. GOLD Prestige & Magic Perfume Duration

I know Magic Perfume now has a duration, but how does it work with GOLD Prestige?

    • Is Magic Perfume active 24/7 without limitations if GOLD Prestige is purchased?

    • Or does it still have a timer even with GOLD Prestige?

    • Will my PET continue to automatically collect boxes 24/7, as it did before?

    2. Prestige Experience Button (Diamond Rank-Up) – Old Unfair System

For 5 seasons, the system worked unfairly:

    • A player could instantly reach max rank by purchasing Prestige Experience with diamonds.

    • But even after reaching max rank, players could not claim all Prestige Experience rewards.

    • To claim all rewards, they were forced to make additional useless purchases even though they were already max rank.

    Question:

Has this system been fixed in Season 6, or do players still need to waste diamonds on unnecessary purchases just to receive all rewards?

    3. Prestige Boost (7–30–90–120 Days) – Reward Problem

Theoretically, buying the 120-day Boost should grant all rewards of the season, since a season lasts 120 days.

    But in previous seasons:

    • Buying 120 days did not unlock all rewards.

    • Extra purchased days were carried into the next season.

    • I personally bought 240 days and still didn’t receive all rewards of the season.

    • My unused Boost days carried into Season 5, then into Season 6, yet still did not unlock full rewards.

    Question:

Has this reward logic been fixed for Season 6?

    4. Courage Coins – Same Reward Problem

Using Courage Coins, we can unlock all advantages required for GOLD prestige.

    However:

    • Even if all advantages are unlocked, the Prestige reward table still does not unlock fully.

    • Players must spend additional unnecessary Courage Coins to receive rewards.

    Has this been fixed?

    5. “Shop prices have been balanced” – Clarification Needed

Despite this statement, prices remain extremely high, for example:

    • 1250780 Alchemist's Smelting Crystal (14 Days)

    • 204514 Universal Magic Perfume (30 Days)

    • 1244307 Courier Ostrich (30 Days)

Many players are still unhappy with these prices.

    Is further price balancing planned?

    6. Nerfs Applied After Buying Prestige

Players purchase Prestige under certain conditions, but then unexpected nerfs appear mid-season (e.g., daily quest Nerf).

    This is unfair to players.

    Question:

Will Season 6 introduce similar unannounced nerfs after players purchase Prestige?

Or will the season remain stable as advertised?

    Thank you for your time.

In the Warlock/Priest class, several skills conflict with each other, but their descriptions don’t mention this interaction.

This makes it unclear for players which abilities cannot be used simultaneously.

    🔹 Conflict 1

    • 850870 [Abyss Footsteps]

    • 490342 [Path of Anguish]

These two skills cannot be used at the same time — activating one disables the other.

    🔹 Conflict 2

    • 490339 [Psychic Power of the Ant Queen]

    • 850869 [Dark Halo]

The same issue occurs here; one of them prevents the other from being used.

Suggested Correction (Add to Both Skill Descriptions):

    Quote
“This skill cannot be used while [skill name] is active.”

    Example:

    • Steps in the Abyss → “This skill cannot be used while Path of Agony is active.”

    • Dark Halo → “This skill cannot be used while Ant Queen’s Psychic Power is active.”

Adding this clarification would make the skill descriptions more accurate and player-friendly.

The description of 1491874 [Mass Charge] currently says:

    Quote
“Diverting Charge will affect all raid members.”

However, as a Warlock/Priest, there is no skill named “Diverting Charge” in the class skill list.

After testing and reviewing all active abilities, I confirmed that the correct reference should be

1492533 [Warp Charge +105], not “Diverting Charge.

This translation mistake causes confusion and wastes time for players trying to understand the skill’s effect.

    ➡️ Suggested correction:

Replace “Saptıran Yük” / “Diverting Charge with 1492533 [Warp Charge +105]

This will make the description accurate and clear for all players.

    Class: Warlock/Priest

    Skill IDs:

    • 498643 [Psychic Rising Tide]

    • 498644 [Rising Tide +105]

The current description of 498643 [Psychic Rising Tide] says:

    Quote
“Can also be used on an ally to deal damage.”

    This information is incorrect.

After testing, it has been confirmed that 498644 Rising Tide +105 cannot be used on any ally —

it only works when a hostile target is selected.

    Suggested Correction:

    Quote
“Can be used to deal damage to an enemy target.”

or simply remove the line referring to allies entirely.

This correction will make the skill description accurate and prevent confusion for players using the Warlock/Priest class.

    Hello,

This is a detailed guide for completing the 428071 [Legend of the Sea] fishing quest.

The quest can be obtained from 129744 [Ricky Stewart] at Syrball Passage (50.1, 24.1).

It’s one of the hardest fishing quests in the game — it took me a long time and many attempts to figure out how to complete it,

so I’m sharing my experience to help other players save time.

    🎣 Quest Details

    • Quest NPC: 129744 [Ricky Stewart]

    • Location: Syrball Passage (50.1, 24.1)

    • Quest Name: 428071 [Legend of the Sea]

    • Fishing Spot: Aslan Valley (56.6, 14.5)

    • Duration: Around 40 minutes

    • Goal: Catch the Golden Fish (Legend of the Sea)

    ⚙️ Active Equipment and Buffs

    • 1210781 [Multi Hook Rod]

    • 1221285 [Fishmaster’s Robe]

    • 1210784 [Bloody Fish Bait]

    • 1250789 [Fish Salad]

    🧭 Observations and Tips

    • Using Multi Hook Rod and Fishmaster’s Robe provides a significant advantage.

    • Buffs make the process much faster.

    • If the “Golden Fish” doesn’t appear for a long time, try waiting through different in-game time phases (morning, noon, etc.).

    • Be patient — it can take up to 30–40 minutes of fishing before it finally shows up.

For a long time, no one seemed to know how to obtain the 532409 [Mildly Haunted] title in the Millim zone.

After testing several times, I finally figured it out — and I’m sharing it here so others won’t waste time trying!

    📍 NPC: 165131 [Witch Lumia]

    📍 Location: Millim (48.0, 57.1)

To get the title, you need to talk to Witch Lumia, but she doesn’t grant it right away.

The first time I tried, I talked to her repeatedly for about 15 minutes with no result.

When I came back later and spoke to her again, she suddenly cast FEAR on me and said:

    Quote
“Hehe, didn’t your parents teach you not to talk to strangers?”

At that exact moment, the Mildly Haunted title was awarded.

You can see the process in the video below.

There seems to be an issue with the mining node 560209 [Coal] and 1244701 [Zakkum Çimi] in the Millim zone.

    📍 Location: Millim (45.4, 78.3) and [Millim: 49.0, 78.3]

As shown in the attached video, whenever I try to gather coal from this spot, my character either fails to collect the resource or gets stuck in place after collecting it.

The only way to escape is by using the “Stuck Report” option, as normal movement becomes impossible.

It looks like there might be a collision issue with the terrain or the resource object itself.

Please check this area when possible.

    and

In the Millim zone, the 560108 [Osmium Ore] node appears to be significantly larger than normal.

    📍 Location: Millim (58.4, 42.3)

Compared to other mining resources, this Osmium Ore is almost massive and looks out of proportion with the surrounding environment.

Its oversized appearance can be both visually distracting and a bit inconvenient when trying to move or interact around it.

I think it would be better if this node’s size were adjusted to match the standard mining resource scale.
