    Regarding upcoming healer changes:

    • Changed Amplified Attack to get scaled based on unbuffed wisdom and/or base bonus heal points.


    Good idea, but please get in mind, that with the condition "or" you can build "heal" gear only with dirty stones or with only sta/sta again ^^In my mind it would be really good, that you can do it in a way, that the healer must use buffood (hero potion, transfo potion, wedding food, dracos). If it is only unbuffed values, healer can again running everywhere unbuffed and heal unbuffed :D

    Bard/Scout


    I don't understand this change:

    Increased Soul Gale damage decrement for each extra target to 24% from 16%.

    Reduced Intensity speed gain to 12% from 20%


    This class was strong every 4 minutes. But in aoe not stronger than b/m and in single target not stronger than b/wl.

    With the upcoming change this class will be useless, because you have a kind of non existing AOE damage (remember obstacle shifting is useless on b/s) and the single target will nerfed to a point, where every other pure dps class will do more.

    Best example: w/wl has incredibly strong AOE and single damage, by far more than b/s 🤷



    Priest/Bard and Druid/Bard


    Changed Neotropical Warmth to get overridden by Priest/Bard Musical Halo.


    Why this change? This makes the main reason playing Druid/bard non existent anymore. If you think the resource reduction is too high with both, reduce the benefit of the second same buff to the half. So If musical halo is up, neotropical warmth should reduced to 10%.

    I want to mention that the strongest dps classes atm don't really need resource cost reduction, bcs they don't have resource problems

    Regarding b/s:


    Reduced Archer Rune damage to 75% from 150%.This will also affect the single target dmg of the class, which is besides full buffed, not really strong. I would reduce soul gale dmg even more and let Archer Rune at 150% or, if it is possible: Let Archer Rune be 150% for single target skills and 75% for Soul Gale

    why? 60% crit dmg from title, but you loose dragonslayer title buff then. depending on classes, 60% crit dmg is only ~14-17% dmg increase for critical hits, but you loose the dragonslayer buff. so overall it will be less than 10% boost on critical hits. For non critical hits you will loose dmg. For me the 60% title is a double-edged sword.

    like with elemental title who give 5% after use buff 10% and they nerf him ?:D now 1% after use buff 2% and not for everyone(no physical class)

    Note however that this combo is a typical single target combo, so to match up with a typical area class they need to have a little more damage just on single targets.

    before the soul stacking change... tell us one class, that is stronger in single target than this? an other strong (only full buffed) single target class is the b/s, but with the highest golden weapon for b/s on server I can tell you, that b/wl before soul stack change does minimal more dmg with 5000+ souls with t14 red rofl tambu.


    I would appreciate a minimal nerf of b/wl yes, but in an other way than the planned post patch notes. stacking souls only 5 per target is kinda useless for bosses / long fights.

    Like some other said, I would change it that

    • you need to hit successfully (immune targets / missed hits not giving souls)
    • exclude the guardians of b1 rofl

    I think that you can watch after that, how it performs.

    please make Weak Spot or Weakening Arrow non gcd skill.

    It feels really annoying, that classes like - bard/x, bard/x, bard/x and bard/x, next to w/x, wl/x, other s/x, ch/x, wrd/x and mage/x - have 100kk - 300kk dmg on boss, after you have used all "buffup" skills on bosses (weak spot, shot, weakening arrow, vampire arrow)

    pls make a higher regeneration for the bloodarrow elite. 3% regeneration each second is almost like nothing. p/s also give with vampirearrow 3% reg. each sec. for group. its not really high its low. i think around 6-7% reg. each sec. would be nice. this class is not really tanki and already got a big dmg shave. the idea of this elite is amazing but as i said its a little bit low heal almost like nothing.

    I think 6-7% is too low. Looking at s/p healing amount in heal gear is very high ~200-300k every 2 seconds for 6 ppl. So I think 90-100% of self heal every second should be fair for an endless running skill.

    Regarding Bard/Champion:


    I suggest that the skill (ID 1491205) does not consume the debuff with the IDs(1502001, 1502002, 1502003, 1502004) from the skill ID (1491202). Right now you need to begin from start every time you use 1491205


    This change can also solve the focus problems the class have on bosses/long same target fights

    Regarding bard/rogue


    This class needs something for focus and energy recovery. If you hit more than 10 seconds permanently, you will be out of focus and energy, especially while moving (moving reduces focus regenerating drastically). At this point, you only use your non gcd skill and waiting for resources.

    Additional information: tested with 1 main + offhand attack of bard/champ. It gave me 14 rage.

    Tested with 1 main + offhand attack of rogue/warrior -> it gave me 13 rage. the +~180% rage regeneration seems bugged

    Regarding Bard/Champ,


    this class feels a bit laggy for rage management. either you have dwarven ale up and full rage or you have 0 rage. You don't have other rage skills and the passive for ~180% more rage regeneration feels like not working or working wrong, bcs it feels like I have more rage regeneration with rogue/warrior (without the extra rage skill).

    Mostly you are not able to do any offhand hits -> no rage

    At Jerath event I tested rage management with the result: always empty Oo even with p/b fairy with 20% less rage consumption.

    Maybe take a look into this problem

    regarding bard/rogue. Class feels a bit underperforming. stacking a buff 10 times needs 10 seconds. and this as only spammable skill next to the main damage skill (with 8 seconds cd) looks underperforming (in rofl) because all dies to fast ^^

    Edit: literally you have also only 1 good AOE every 60 seconds and the stackable buff for singletarget lasts only 10 seconds, where you need to start from 0 again, if boss has immune phases or something like that, where you can't hit. Maybe with more bard/rogues, it is more pleasant to play

    regarding Ancillary Title System: all mdps classes and all pdps elemental classes have a new very strong best in slot title in Quest Ancillary Title System -> 10% more elemental damage. that is a huge impact on the class balancing, especially for the recently nerfed scout. Weakening the scout and pushing all elemental based classes by 10% is making a huge gap now.


    Pls let all skills from all classes do elemental damage or do something else to balance the 10%
