    Bard/scout


    pls make a higher regeneration for the bloodarrow elite. 3% regeneration each second is almost like nothing. p/s also give with vampirearrow 3% reg. each sec. for group. its not really high its low. i think around 6-7% reg. each sec. would be nice. this class is not really tanki and already got a big dmg shave. the idea of this elite is amazing but as i said its a little bit low heal almost like nothing.

    I think 6-7% is too low. Looking at s/p healing amount in heal gear is very high ~200-300k every 2 seconds for 6 ppl. So I think 90-100% of self heal every second should be fair for an endless running skill.

    Regarding Bard/Champion:


    I suggest that the skill (ID 1491205) does not consume the debuff with the IDs(1502001, 1502002, 1502003, 1502004) from the skill ID (1491202). Right now you need to begin from start every time you use 1491205


    This change can also solve the focus problems the class have on bosses/long same target fights

    Regarding bard/rogue


    This class needs something for focus and energy recovery. If you hit more than 10 seconds permanently, you will be out of focus and energy, especially while moving (moving reduces focus regenerating drastically). At this point, you only use your non gcd skill and waiting for resources.

    Additional information: tested with 1 main + offhand attack of bard/champ. It gave me 14 rage.

    Tested with 1 main + offhand attack of rogue/warrior -> it gave me 13 rage. the +~180% rage regeneration seems bugged

    Regarding Bard/Champ,


    this class feels a bit laggy for rage management. either you have dwarven ale up and full rage or you have 0 rage. You don't have other rage skills and the passive for ~180% more rage regeneration feels like not working or working wrong, bcs it feels like I have more rage regeneration with rogue/warrior (without the extra rage skill).

    Mostly you are not able to do any offhand hits -> no rage

    At Jerath event I tested rage management with the result: always empty Oo even with p/b fairy with 20% less rage consumption.

    Maybe take a look into this problem

    regarding bard/rogue. Class feels a bit underperforming. stacking a buff 10 times needs 10 seconds. and this as only spammable skill next to the main damage skill (with 8 seconds cd) looks underperforming (in rofl) because all dies to fast ^^

    Edit: literally you have also only 1 good AOE every 60 seconds and the stackable buff for singletarget lasts only 10 seconds, where you need to start from 0 again, if boss has immune phases or something like that, where you can't hit. Maybe with more bard/rogues, it is more pleasant to play

    regarding Ancillary Title System: all mdps classes and all pdps elemental classes have a new very strong best in slot title in Quest Ancillary Title System -> 10% more elemental damage. that is a huge impact on the class balancing, especially for the recently nerfed scout. Weakening the scout and pushing all elemental based classes by 10% is making a huge gap now.


    Pls let all skills from all classes do elemental damage or do something else to balance the 10%

    ISS Level: 95

    Suggested changes: Plant a tree at the location of caster. Player near life tree (150 distance) can benefit from it. The duration last for 40 seconds. CD 2 minutes

    +5% damage -5% received damage, restore 5% HP and MP every 5 seconds

    Reasoning for these changes: Seed is really hard to use due to trade is annoying.

    Just to mention, life seed can be cast on a player and don't need to be traded. And life seed is the only reason, why some classes (with blood arrow effects) can survive in events like rofl b3 (where no heal can heal you). Changing this skill would eliminate these classes to be able to participate useful at those events (it's not only jerath btw)

    it will depend on the raid setup and the support you have.

    With all possible support, the scout/champ will be the strongest, otherwise scout/warrior.


    Also the scout/rogue has, in theory, the potential to be the strongest scout, but 2 facts contradict it. The first one is, that the class needs to much time at boss to stack all buffs. The second one is, that the potential relys on the vampire arrow debuffs on targets (for example boss), which other scout/x and x/scouts could do, but you will never see in 99% that any other scout will do the vampire arrow for you as scout/rouge. In trash the potential is high, if not many mobs are pulled (ideal are always 2 ;) ), but in general the trash dps is good but it sucks at boss without 7-8 vampire arrows.

    Oh that is a class balance issue, not cards. You were agains't going full dex system even tho rogues would need to pay more for new stats since they need 2 good ones instead of 1. Needing 3 instead of 2 also apply to that. Is what you and many others wanted because your gears were partially done. This will affect many aspects of the game sadly and probably will require leathers to pay more money for that reason :)

    A logical sequence is explicitly shown here that allows you to create constraints and represents specific conditions. If a perfect card in an additional deck is needed, then a perfect card in the main deck must first be made. If someone wants to circumvent these constraints, there are additional conditions in the form of an overpriced.

    Sorry but it makes no sense. Is unfair to those classes that aren't inside your imaginary "how a deck should be". In this situation healers and mdps will need to pay 10x times more than leathers just because you thought it was the right thing to do. No matter how you want to explain it but that is the reality.

    Why? Are these tables complete? If so, If I want wisdom, why only dex and HP give it? I don't want to pay 10x times more diamonds because my main deck don't have the atributes that you (in your opinion) are correct for it. Let me play the class I wan't, not what you want. All atributes should be available with the SAME price.




    Maybe bcs the best attributes for each class fits your needs. For mdps: int/matk/sta/HP. Then you can change HP in wis


    There will be added 4 new stones for diamonds, each stone is responsible for the rarity of the card. They will increase the numerical attribute values to 100% and make the card available on additional decks.

    These stones are a quick solution for players who don't have time to participate in the Stardom system. The cost of the stones is unknown at this time.

    If the guild is too weak to make an instance, the best thing to do is to top up dias, or even better ... Top up dias and buy everything from LL ... I can see that this guild has got used to the monopoly ... when I see it shaking hands and the PRO_LL policy taking effect.

    You must be confused. You mean fallen I think, like fallen sell WB title. LL give it for free afaik :)

    Also if I see my top up history, thousands of €. Where is the problem having better gear while spending more money? Some ppl need to pay that others can play for free.

    And I don't know why so much complaining about last patch. The ini is not harder than before. Yes you can't kite b1 anymore but thats it. As I said as a knight you have Minimum 40 seconds without a struggle as knight. That are 20 seconds of full dmg at boss of the dps. If tank dies after 40 sec, every dps can tank 6 seconds. This time is enough for red gear + t14 weapon and I think, nearly all have golden gear.


    Ppl should focus on their self, if they failed on something and try to improve themself (class, playstyle, dmg rotation or buffing, Timing) like it is everywhere in real life. I have the feeling that everyone want to get all with Starter Gear? Imagine rofl is possible to do with Starter Gear! (Except healer, bcs no heal bonus in starter gear)


    I btw don't like the change of the artefacts, bcs I wasted thousands of phirius coins for +6. But I have to live with it, bcs I made it to fast.


    Did you ask some? I don't remember you asking me or someone in my guild. My conclusion is, did I hear positive feedback because you asked the right people?

    My feeling is, they asked ppl who needed very long time for KS. They did'nt ask us all too.
