It's the knight class with the most single aggro and even AOE aggro is very high because of second hatred rune.
The class has nothing special for the group yes, but it's one of the stronger knight classes in general

S/R is fine in my opinion. Yes it is my favorite scout class. But it needs a different playstyle and different awareness of own skills/CDs and instance mechanics than all other scouts where you always go in fullbuffed.
S/R is not designed for 2second burst, but for overall good sustain dmg. The only "problem" for a scout/r player is poisonous bite, if you want other ppl vampire arrow debuff, which.... will never happen tbh XD
I think if you will rework s/k dont make it to be tank, make him pure dps(bcs scouts alredy have less options on dps bcs s/wl is magical,s/p,s/b are support) or support , or if you make tank make it to use leather dps gear . Also you can try to make s/wl to be also phy dps . In my opinion all scouts need boost , some more some less but all need boost .
Maybe I play a different game but I was always in a good pace when I did DC random as a scout. And s/p and s/b are not pure dps classes. Yes, they don't do dmg like s/d and yes s/p needs a litte bit love, but in general these two classes can also do dmg
Rework the scout/knight. This combo is neither a tank nor a damage dealer. You cannot possibly make it any worse (but you can still try).
Give him the ability to wear plate, let blood arrow don't reduce your HP and give the skills a litte aggro multiplier -> you have a tank.
Right now even if you do leather gear with sta/sta stats, the class can't tank, bcs no aggro and literally to low def in leather and even no shield usable

1) You're making changes to rogues, but no change to the apparently necessary dps increase for various rogue combos. Some combos are completely forgotten.
I don't know what other leather players plays, but I tested for example r/wrd in idk a few days ago (idk bcs I only have old weapons and there you don't get an extra boost with dc weapons).
I for myself saw, that based on my eq the class was good. Not to weak, not OP. The biggest problem I always saw was, that most rogue players are very squishy (maybe bcs of greedy dmg), but I rarely died in general in idk, bcs I play more defensive and maybe that's why my overall dmg was always good

I didn't say that something is wrong, you just misunderstood my English. I meant that it makes the s/d hit harder and then get nerfed. As for the change from speed to dmg, in a normal flight the fact only loses the physical attack (you know how s / d works so I won't explain it) it does not lose, but it will be very noticeable on full fire.

We did IDK and had 1 scout/druid in group and he snitched my stacks and did way more damage and ignored the defense of the mobs. We tested it several times in the instance and always as I clicked "Heart of the Oak" than the scouts dmg boosted very much and I observed loosing my buff without doing anything

Indeed, using plate gear is nothing better than chain gear. This is unfair to players with plate gear. even though I'm a chain gear player. More changes are needed to put the plate gear to better use in this class.
Totally agree. Cloth has a tank class with Champ/Bard and chain has several tank options everyone knows (that's why some ppl already run with chain tanks in DC).
Plate missing one viable dps and btw the aggro is still to high in plate gear (you have around 80-90% aggro left with plate and recon rune, but some skills are not affected by the change of generating least aggro. My suggestion is to remove aggro multiplier of all skills if shield of darkness is active or remove it in general for this class. Furthermore maybe double the affect of -aggro buffs, that you don't have 90% aggro with a recon 13 xD
Btw the parry rate on DC gear is lower than on rofl. This means with newer sets with lower parry rate the dmg will decrease in plate. Should also be in mind for this class.
Druid/WL
I also want to mention again, that the d/WL should get increased attack based on bonus heal or base wisdom. Right now you have in full heal gear fullbuffed around 1kk attack and that's not really viable.

For first its hard to get bleeds and perfect slice to proc (double hit) and second thing it should give on first hit right away 1 stack and to count it as double proc..
This meta is one shoting everything even in Dark Core ini and it would be good if we could stack faster bufs and debufs...
Also GrandMaster ID 1502730 is rly hard to get if you are in mobs fight since you change target all the time and its like imposible to have it all the time up that also should be good to be changed so you can proc it on difrent targets not only on one also it should be good if you could refresh this buff whit every other perfect slice (Flawless hit)
This way its waste of dias and tiers to make Katana for rogues since dmg is allmost same as duo daggers..

In the way how it works now, you have with katana 1 less item with stats, but if you are able to get perfect slices buffs, you benefit from your skills and do more dmg with katana.

please keep in mind that the Arcane Chamber of Sathkur (hard) is supposed to be a catch up instance, designed to reduce the grind for new or returning players to get back into the game over time. The instance is meant to supplement nostalgia content, not replace it.

While you can't take one of your own characters to boost your parties haul, it is highly recommended to try and fill the empty spaces with other players, as additional players aren't taking away any of your loot (except for cards, which are decently common).
We've not added RNG to the loot per se, we simply moved the RNG portion of what is gotten to a seperate step, instead of direct drops. While these drops aren't guaranteed, a player can expect to see at least one specialty material per 250 coins thrown into the well.
It is relatively rare that none of these materials are obtained, more commonly players will gain one or more materials.

Haha. All of our guild got 249 coins. Only 3 afaik got something usefull like splinter of form. Rest of players only got crap.

We believe this will solve the issue with housekeepers for everyone. The issue of wasting bag space unnecessarily will be removed as well as limiting abuse of restacking potions infinitely.
Only if getting housemaid potions is not random and can be choosen. If the player still is unlucky and don't get the needed potion or only 1 time? Still not a good solution. It seems that you want to force ppl to reset housemaids and who is most affected... Tanks. All other classes don't have problem with that solution but the amount of random items for tanks if you want the aggro potion is incredibly high and get instantly removed bcs they are useless...
So in summary, nothing will change in my opinion

It was changed with recent patch to only restack for first exchanges of the day or after resetting housemaid fatigue (until zone change) to prevent abuse of infinite restacking potions. Other time limited items are still blocked the same as before.

It is working again like the first change.. it cannot be stacked (even not on first new potion on a day)...... and how should ppl stack new potions, if they have zero in bag? having multiple places wasted bcs of this is not a pleasent feature.
Nobody knows why you change it again this way. What was the problem like it was yesterday? It was a perfect solution for housemaid potions... now it is very uncomfortable again in a way, I rather dont use any housemaids anymore

regarding K/WL
tested now (next to idk) also in rofl against a P/W xD (only rofl gear + dc weapon) and a mage/rogue.
K/WL plate gear was highest and newly statted, while gear from the others don't even have titan or DC stats.
Overall I had less than 50% of P/W and M/R. -> Knight/WL plate fairly needs a slight buff.
-> Bcs the class have no spammable non GCD skill, I suggest to increase values of Unhole Strike to 650-700% and increase the buff of skill ID 1490836 or Skill ID 1490508 a little bit
-> or buff a little bit the conversion from parry to attack/speed
