We understand that some players would like to have higher limits, due to having more time dedicated to gaming.
However, to maintain a fair environment for all players, we have to keep the current limit of 5 active clients per player, and three PCs per month.
It aligns with our policy on the number of accounts each player can have and is part of our ongoing efforts to prevent abuses, especially regarding rewards, and ensure fairness across our gaming community. -

1. Stability in Gold Circulation: Despite a steady number of players, we've observed that the amount of gold in circulation has remained stable. It's a significant shift from the previous trend of rapid inflation.
2. Encouraging Strategic Choices: We aim to foster an environment where players are encouraged to make thoughtful decisions about which buffs and upgrades to pursue. This strategy adds depth to the gameplay.
3. Increased Engagement in Farming: We've noted a significant rise in player engagement with farming activities. Many of you have adapted well to the new gold dynamics, actively earning and being rewarded for your efforts.
4. Exploring New Ways to Obtain Gold: We are actively exploring additional methods for players to earn gold and welcome any ideas from the community, so if you have any - please describe it in this thread.
5. Monitoring Gold Flow: We are closely monitoring both the inflow and outflow of gold. This includes keeping an eye on various activities such as the use of the transmutor, guild tower interactions, skills extraction, sells, purchases, robots, runes, gold from diamond exchanges, quest rewards, sunken gold packages, among others.

You see the patchlog.txt in Chinese due to encoding.
To read it properly, you may open it with supported applications like Notepad++.

We've decided not to implement the feature of an NPC purchasing IS items for diamonds. This is to ensure the intrinsic value of diamonds remains consistent for all players. Additionally, considering the scale of accumulated items by numerous players over the past decade, such a change could significantly disrupt the game's balance.

Ich empfinde solche Restriktionen auch als unverschämt und absolut willkürlich. Wenn man das Spiel auf einem Desktop PC installiert hat um Zuhause zu spielen, wird mir jetzt verboten es auch auf meinem Laptop zu spielen wenn ich auf Reisen bin oder im Urlaub, was soll das? Ich bekomme auch so eine Meldung obwohl ich nur an einem PC spiele mit meinem Account. Und wenn mein PC mal einen defekt hat, dann darf ich noch nicht einmal an einem Ersatz PC oder Laptop spielen, was soll der Mist? Und davon abgesehen, was wäre so schlimm daran, wenn ich einen Anderen mit meinem Accout spielen lasse? Es kann doch sowieso immer nur eine Person spielen, also wäre das Problem? Vielleicht gibt die 2 Person ja zusätzlich Geld aus, wäre doch gut.

Du kannst aber auch gern dem Support schreiben, um deine Situation prüfen zu lassen. -
Switching between DirectX versions is a complex technical challenge. Each DirectX version is intricately integrated with different features and capabilities in the game's engine. Moving from DirectX 9 to a newer version isn't just a simple update; it requires a complete engine overhaul. This involves extensive reworking of graphics rendering, physics calculations, and performance optimizations.
Undertaking such a project would mean months of development work, including writing new code, ensuring hardware compatibility, and conducting thorough testing. Redesigning key game components might also be necessary.
While we continuously aim to enhance game performance, updating DirectX is not feasible at this time due to these complexities.

We found that when there's a Prestige popup over the window, it ignores the checkbox state.

Could you perform a reset of your game settings?
1. Close all game clients
2. DIsable all addons, you can rename the Interface directory, in-game directory if you have it
3. Open launcher settings, and on the last tab click "Reset Settings"
4. Launch the game, open the prestige window, uncheck the checkbox, click save near minimap, close the game client, and check if the Prestige window appears on the game restart and the zone change.
This way, we will eliminate add-ons conflict, and settings, which later can be restored.

Not sure if will work but cDura, FSlimUI, or you can use GetInventoryItemDurable API to add these.

What you can do is turn them on in small groups especially if you have a specific version of these, kind of like testing in steps. This way, you can figure out which addon or mix of addons is causing the issue. Once you find the culprit, it'll be a lot easier to fix the problem or work around it.
