Thank you for your feedback in relation to cards drop rate.
I will bring you a few facts.
1. there is a drop rate limit, so getting too much does not help,
2. silverspring rate is lowered compared to other zones,
3. most of the event cards are not affected by droprate,
4. all event cards are obtainable, and was obtained already several times,
5. some of the cards require specific conditions to be meet to obtain them, not just killing mobs or doing event,
6. there are no further plans to changes in cards drop rate, as it has been set during previous events, and could cause disadvantage for the players which previously obtained them.
When posting suggestions please follow Suggestion Section - Rules
4. Ideas should be written and elaborated upon in a clear manner and english language.

amrmmdouh, at the previous stage we already tried this way, it does not looked good, size of the frame was way too small on item with 6 purple stats, and 4 runes.

I can ensure you that all the files are correct, please make sure that:
1. parts 1-6 have size 1.95 GB (2,097,154,948 bytes) in properties, and part 7 1.67 GB (1,795,593,780 bytes)
2. they all have correct names (Arcad1.cab etc.)
3. they all are located in one directory

For me it seems like vActionbar is working.
I was able to switch class and my skills changed.
Saving and loading also seems to be working.

I have looked into a logs, and can confirm your report.
This mob has now LV 99, instead of 50.
We will be later looking on the reason behind it and providing a fix, no worries

There are few answers on your question:
1. suggestion have to follow Suggestion Section - Rules
2. suggestion is accepted with queue not automaticly
3. suggestion is accepted if approved by Team during meeting
4. suggestion is accepted to discussion if require further explainations or more feedback
5. suggestion is accepted if there is enough resources to handle implementation
Otherwise, it is awaiting or declined (with information about).
There are sections already to handle them (awaiting, approved, declined).
You are right that suggestion are experience from the community, but pushing on them or changing the way of they flow like adding more sections do not change anything for the implementation.

There is no point of removing posts if they do not break rules.
I do not see any posts removed recently.
There is a thing which should be cleared on this point.
If the thread is placed in wrong section, it have to be moved to correct one.
For example PlayertNet Games > Suggestions (WEB related), instead of Game> Suggestions (game related).
Please note that on this point Suggestion Section - Rules apply on it.

To work it as really intended, honor party should NOT affect drop rate of high level character.
Please take a look on changes on Legacy, we did not yet considered yet any changes for Arcadia in this matter.

I am able to answer only about drop rate when using honor party.
As you probably know, drop depend not only of the rate but also the level of character.
When being in honor party, the level part of drop rate calculations is based on lowest level of party member.

I have looked into this case.
Flag which is required to access this quests is given only upon character creation.
There is a possibility to unlock most of the dwarf quests for other races.
We will review if it not cause any further issues, and if will be possible we will allow it for ex.: with race change item.
I will keep this thread open until further review.
