Game Masters have only basic permissions, so if it's not about providing a information, in some quest related cases requesting to contact a support is the right thing.

You need to have following outcoming ports opened:
80 - used to check patch version
21002 - server list
16401, 16402 - proxy & switch
Usually you don't need open them as windows and ISP providers allow to use it by default.
It may be only case if you are using firewall.
If port is closed, you can't connect so it has nothing to stability.
Important point about stability of connection is the latency between your computer and our datacenter.

Dear community,
we owe you a explanation about recent Paradise server issues.
What happend?
One of the game server services stopped working correctly.You wasn't able to use teleport function, browse auction house or leave a house zone.
What we did initially?
As soon as we was informed about, the server restart has been performed twice, which solved it temporarily.
Sadly, this issue has re-appeared, so we decided to shut down Paradise for longer technical maintenance.
What happened during maintenance?
The server has been started in maintenance mode, and it was working well.To identify source of the problem, we focused on deeply reviewing logs and our systems.
Sadly, after several hours we wasn't able to find a exact reason causing it.
Due to that, we decided to improved our logs, and detection systems, so we can react faster.
What will happen next?
The game server is already online, but will be deeply monitored, and more logs will be gathered.
As the problem may still occur, and more restarts may be needed, we ask for your understanding in this matter.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and will do all to bring Paradise back to the way it worked for the past 5 years.Best regards,

There will not be a rule that prohibit usage of native language on world chat.

After you pickup next class, you can remove previous one with fruit of forgetting and start leveling it again.

After clicking create char, or customizing it?
Never heard about crash on this point.You can start from lowering all settings, but character details are mostly used on this screen.

There is few things which you can do about.
You can use Q or E to rotate camera.
You can also check "Rotate camera" option.
You can rotate camera with right mouse button, not only left.
I have heard about players using controller from console, but not sure if it's convenient.

You can not create mana stone from a rune.
You can create a stat by using purified stone on a item.
You can add a rune to the item with a slot (up to 4 runes).
You can add a stat to the item (up to 6 stats). -
You already obtained woodcutting skill in another way so you do not need to learn it again.
It does not block you any questline.
After completing previous quest with Alice you had opportunity to pickup woodcutting one.
If you didn't but instead you started increasing your herbalism skill, please contact our support.

You are getting it due to the Angel Sigh which you used to not prevent you from entering injury state.

Thank you for your feedback in relation to cards drop rate.
I will bring you a few facts.
1. there is a drop rate limit, so getting too much does not help,
2. silverspring rate is lowered compared to other zones,
3. most of the event cards are not affected by droprate,
4. all event cards are obtainable, and was obtained already several times,
5. some of the cards require specific conditions to be meet to obtain them, not just killing mobs or doing event,
6. there are no further plans to changes in cards drop rate, as it has been set during previous events, and could cause disadvantage for the players which previously obtained them.

4. Ideas should be written and elaborated upon in a clear manner and english language.

amrmmdouh, at the previous stage we already tried this way, it does not looked good, size of the frame was way too small on item with 6 purple stats, and 4 runes.
