Gold rate has been decreased in a steps.
The reason was that with every new zone, you was able to obtain more gold from daily quests, and it was profitable to make a dailies, exchange gold to diamonds, buy tickets and repeat this endless. In the same time it had influence on gold - diamonds market, and the pricing reached over 1kk for 1 diamond, what definitly doesnt looked good for newcomers from other servers.

TP rate is normal, but you need 10x less talent points to level up your skills, we did it due to TP limit on 2.1kkk for class.

Both of zones has been restarted and this issue should be fixed. In case of any issues please PM me.

There is no such quest on this zone.
You probably mean "A Friend in Need".
I see that some players completed it, so i will restart zone in case if it is bugged.

It is allowed to run multiple game instances in same time.
It is not allowed to use any 3rd party software which interact with game client.

On your example, if you have prepared resources you can make one character crafting, another one can obtain resources from pet, in other window you can disenchant with usage of macros (you must interact then from time to time with this game client), and on another one you can run instance.

There is a reason why this NPC can not be killed, you seems to miss the story behind it.
If you want to know, as was said above - read all NPC dialog window, and say messages.

This is correct, you should not be able to kill this mob, please read messages from NPCs.
Drop of this card was already fixed, and card is obtainable.
If you can not kill the mob that does not mean you can not get a card after meeting conditons.

If you are having issues with buffing party, it can be easy done by macro.
As mentioned by Gijara, it may cause issues with players losing another buffs.

Group Heal
Every class have its advantages and disadvantages.
Every class is supposed to be different.
You just have to choose what do you like most between existing options.
We should avoid making skills equal to another ones.

We are not planning to change rotation of draconaris, but we will be working on solution for it.

No, such change would not be implemented in current state of server.
Please note that it always have to be changed together with Cedric.
Both of them affect server economy, in important part - diamond/gold rate.
