After completing the quest "learn herbalism", the NPC should give me the quest "learn woodcooting". However, she only let me buy herbalism recipes, with no possibility to start the quest. I think this happens because my herbalism skill level is craftsmen. Is there any other way to start the quest?

You already obtained woodcutting skill in another way so you do not need to learn it again.
It does not block you any questline.
After completing previous quest with Alice you had opportunity to pickup woodcutting one.
If you didn't but instead you started increasing your herbalism skill, please contact our support.
