    Meine Frau und ich haben gestern nach längerer Pause mal wieder bei Arcardia rein geschaut. Leider mussten wir feststellen das das Spiel von der Lautstärke runtergeregelt ist. Also sehr leise. Ich habe sämtliche Regler hoch gedreht auch beim Launcher und es hat sich nichts verändert. Jedesmal wenn ich den Launcher gestartet habe haben sich dir Einstellungen zurück gesetzt. Obwohl die Meldung kam die Einstellungen wurden gespeichert. Das Problem existiert bei meiner Frau und bei mir. Mache ich etwas falsch? Hat jemand eine Idee? Schon mal Danke im Voraus.

    guck mal in deinen ingame einstellungen (unten links) ob du "Server Speicherung" aktiv hast.

    Para ayudarnos a revisar mejor su problema, por favor realice un “Informe de integridad de archivos” a través de nuestro Launcher y luego contacte a nuestro equipo de soporte para que puedan investigar más a fondo sus inconvenientes.
    Además, si tiene problemas de desconexión o similares, por favor ejecute “PingPlotter” como se describe en el artículo de la wiki y envíe los registros también a nuestro equipo de soporte.

    ¿Sigues teniendo el problema de cierre/crash? Si es así, por favor házmelo saber en qué zona ocurrió y, si es posible, adjunta una captura de pantalla del mensaje de error que aparece cuando intentas iniciar sesión.


    Con el lanzamiento del nuevo sitio web, el sistema de votación por diamantes ha sido eliminado.

    for clarification purposes, what do you mean with this part:

    firewall und virenscanner haben eine ausnahme for arcadia.

    habe den launcher neu runtergeladen ,den alten gelöscht und nun kommt das angezeigt,aber das spiel läuf nicht.

    Der File-Integrity-Report wird nicht als .zip-Datei gespeichert. Bitte überprüfe den Ordner, in dem das Spiel installiert ist (nicht den Dokumente-Ordner).
    Dort sollte eine Textdatei mit dem Namen „FileIntegrityReport.txt“ erstellt worden sein. Bitte lade diese hier hoch oder sende sie mir alternativ per Privatnachricht.

    was passiert wenn du auf "welt betreten" drückst ?
    In welcher zone solltest du rauskommen wenn du dich einloggst/ in welcher zone hast du dich ausgeloggt?

    (Das kannst du sehen wenn du im character login mit der maus über deinen character namen fährst )
