Missing NPC cant complete quests

    Im trying to finish every quest in the game but i ran into an issue


    I have already finished most regular quests, now i'm going back to finish the blue and red quests


    my issues


    NPC disappeared

    124509 Anka


    Cant complete these 2 quests

    427619 - Mountains of Scattered Supplies


    427620 - The Personal Amulet of an Old Comrade


    I think because i did this normal quest the NPC decided to go on vacation

    427579 - Onward to Vortis



    Can you bring the NPC back or somehow give credit for completing these 2 quests?


    Is this gonna be a common thing in other zones as well as this is one of the first zones im trying to fully complete.

    (I am getting help with translation) I’m currently working on completing all quests in the Enoch zone, and I’ve managed to finish nearly all of them — except for 3 quests that I simply cannot start or complete, despite meeting what I believe are the required conditions.

    1️⃣ Issue with Quest: 427610 – Crystals or Mushrooms?

    To receive this quest, I need the item 243507 – Soft Body Part, which drops from Nex of Enoch (Boss ID: 109493) in the dungeon:

    • 750185 – Sun Temple of Eternal Sleep

    • 750184 – Sun Temple of Eternal Sleep (Hard)

    The tooltip on the item says I should right-click it to accept the quest, but the item does not drop at all, even after multiple boss kills on both difficulties.

    2️⃣ Issue with Quest: 427619 – Mountains of Scattered Supplies

    This quest requires that I first complete 427597 – Recovering the Supplies, which I have already done. However, I cannot see the NPC Anka anywhere to accept the follow-up quest.

    I’ve found 3 possible NPC IDs for Anka:

    • 124471, 124474, or 124509

      But none of them are visible or interactable for me in the game.

    3️⃣ Same as Issue #2:

    There’s one more quest that also requires NPC Anka to be visible and available — but again, I cannot see or access the NPC anywhere.

    ❓ My Question:

    Could these issues be related to:

    • Changes in dungeon bosses, drops, or quest triggers in recent updates?

    • Maybe the drop or NPC has been moved or altered and I’m just missing a new condition?

    I’d really appreciate any clarification from the devs or other players — especially those who have recently completed all Enoch quests. These last 3 are blocking my 100% progress.

    this Item can only be obtained when you are currently having the Quest "Prevent the Germination Ceremony" (427577) active.

    This Daily Quest can not be obtained anymore once you progressed the Enoch Main Questline far enough.

    When I check with the QuestState addon, I can confirm that I have already completed the quest you mentioned, as well as the follow-up quests after that.

    In this case, does it mean that I won’t be able to access the locked quests until a system is implemented to re-accept previously missed quests?
