And what is the intention, that the range of skills are melee range? Autoshot with range of 20!
Piercing Arrow with range of 60.
Also the level 45 elite (AOE Skill, does not know the english name right now) shares the cooldown with the scout ISS. Also 750% dps for a 3 second cast without cast muliplier is kinda useless

So it is not planned FOR 30th October. It is planned AROUND. That means, it could have been patched yesterday or it could be patched on 2nd November. Because "around" does not exactly means "on that day"
And like Cruvor said. We still have not 2 weeks after 30th October
I said the example with student hall because someone said here, that all accounts of the same IP should be banned for DN entrance. I know, that alt accounts should be on the same playernet account
But I also know ppl and that rules are not always be kept by ppl
DN buff, like it is now, is ok in my opinion

Your numbers are dubious! I could only do such numbers before the nerf of this class. But then I killed almost all 4 organs. Now I can kill max 1 organ and then leave the second somewhere around 50% HP. You showed a weird screenshot that didn't have any target information !!!where is the target name, etc? One of these days I will go to this class in Rofl and check if something was changed while I did not play with this class.

Rogue/warden is a bit weaker in single target, only 2.5 organs that I could kill... But even this is to much.
I hope they will revert the last rogue/change.
And what you said: killing almost 4 organs while you are only 1 time in the room wasn't too much?
btw: I play the rogue only from time to from. So I am not very familiar with it and I think someon who play the rogue as main class, can do more dmg.
I guess not, because this would still allow players to solo it with alts, which is what OP is talking about I believe.
Entrance would have to be IP restricted (unless whitelisted), not the debuff.
Router reset -> new IP and IP restrictions can, if they are not done wisely and correctly, harm players, which did not anything. For example a player, who is getting a new IP every day from his provider, can have a DN ban, because in the last days, an other player with his same IP cleared DN
IP restrictions are not as easy as most ppl think. Think about a studen hall. 100 ppl out of 1000 students playing COA. 1 clears DN and all other 99 ppl suffer because of him?
Do something with the rogue! This is the weakest DPS class at the moment! I play a rogue and say that rogue is very weak compared to other classes like champion / sorcerer, guardian / druid and warrior / rogue. The guardian / druid, even in ice gear, will damage more than the rogue (half of the items are gold) in any of his bundles half of the items!
Of course, people will now start to say that the rogue will damage and how .... but damn, I'm playing for this class, and for me it is no longer damaging because I can't give the same DPS as other DPS classes! I'll give out more DPS as a half-dressed scout than a rogue!

The rogue/warlock is the strongest single target rogue and deal nice damage. I never played this class, because I don't like auto-hit classes.
But I've played rogue/champ and rogue/warden and these 2 classes do really good damage. Anyway it depends on your raid playstyle and pull-style, but in general the rogue/warden and rogue/champ are really strong classes and I doubt, that these classes will deal less damage than a worse equipped scout. except the scout will have 2 weapons with the same tier like your main dagger
btw: rogue/champ and rogue/warden do elemental damage and get buffed by for example wl/mage debuffs. Scouts only do elemental damage with 1 skill
correct me if I am wrong, but the lower set problem was totally different.
The lower set was always a 4 pieces set, but you would have lost the 2 piece set bonus of gorge with the cape. The ppl which has made the lower set before the 2 piece gorge bonus was added to the golden lower set, didn't need to redo their gear, because their was no other choice.
And again. I don't know why you come now with such ideas, months and months after the release of the items. That does not make any sense, unless you want to annoy people, which already finished their gear and need to redo. (And just for your information. I don't need to redo, because I am not a chain/cloth/plate gear player)

I could care less about your disappointment with the weapon; and I am positive majority of ppl did not finish all 5 sets and even if you did, there is a lot of time till next content to make 2 new gold accessories and sell/trade other to other players

You get entangled in contradictions just because you want something different for yourself. In comparison, I think more generally. I don't know why you just mentioned my weapon. I told you that I know several people.
You say you are sure that the majority would like to see a change. But I don't see any evidence of that. On the contrary, I know from experience that even more players would quit.
Changes in this way, that players needs to redo their gear after the items are released, are not sustainable.

I am not ingame right now and cannot say how it is for mages, but for healers you are wrong. don't tell you are 100% better with using 2 DN + 3 gold. For healers you have 4 gold + 1 gorge earring. I guess for mages it is kinda same, but cannot check right now.
And why do you want such a change right now? Many players were dissappointed with their weapons after the class balancing has launched. Before, they had the best weapons for their classes, after the balancing launch it isnt anymore the "best" probably for their class. I know several players which are dissappointed. Why do you want to have such thing again? After a lot of players still have finished their gear?
While I generally do like the idea of a 5 piece accessory set bonus, please refrain from implementing it. Atm taking the second ring and earring from the golden dexterity set outperforms 2x aoth for chain gear and some people (including myself) have already finished those items.
If you consider this change, please give said players the chance to change them accordingly via support. Yes, we were told to reconsider decisions regarding our gear during class balancing, but I think it's fair to say that this statement doesn't apply to changes regarding items.
That concern is fairly easy to address in my opinion if 5 item set bonus will be based on any 5 golden pieces - that way 3 dex and 2 str would give bonus just like 5 str would - so for melee accessories just have 5 items that can be picked from either dex or str sets - and extra bonus for 5 items could just have plain pa and crit, instead of str or dex - that way would be uniform and work for all including those who already made 2 dex and 3 str
No it wouldnt. You miss, that the dex ring has dex on it and the str ring has str on it. That makes a difference at all and you cannot make a 5 piece bonus, that would be same for 3/2 users and 5 pieces users.
Anyway like Serenadae said. Even the golden 2 dex pieces outperform the older str DN versions

Furthermore I don't have the "Cooling down" sentenc. Any patching issues? Or maybe I got patching issues which fixed it for me? Byte should we get the sentence "Cooling down" ?
Sorry if I correct you, but if a skill is inflicting 100 damage without critical and you have a 100% crit damage boost, the skill will inflict 230 damage.
That's because the base crit multiplier is 30% (if you did not changed it from base game ) and with another 100% boost, you have 130% crit boost (crit values are additive).
And 130% crit means: base damage (non crit) * 2.3 because the base damage is increased by 130% with a critical hit

You can play the class you like the most. Nearly all classes are viable. Only a few like druid/warrior (as dps) are not really strong.
I for myself cannot decide which class I shall play in instance. every time I go as scout I roll a secondary class *g*
Regarding to the patch 2003:

I can't see any difference. Same behavior like yesterday. Or is it only fixed in custom instances?

What didn't you understand?Skills that have a global cooldown, for example, a charged strike(Beast Awakening), began to work slower. Previously, there were 30 hits in 30 seconds, but now there are 23 and so every skill that has a global cooldown.
Now it is clearer what you want to tell us.
At the beginning you said, that all skills with only 1 sec CD has a lower damage than the same skill with more than 1 sec cd
Anyway, i can use 25-26 gcd skills within 30 seconds. Yes, it was 30 before. Now there is a kind of delay between skills. I agree with that. But it is not related to skills with 1 second cooldown as you said before. It is related to the global cooldown trigger. Maybe there was a change with that mechanic in the last patch?

This is another issue: someone said above that the server has a average population of 450-600 active players. Until now only 4 players replied. Where are the other 446 players? I don't expect 400+ players to reply to this post, but i expect at least 30-40 players to come with a opinion. What can i conclude when only 4 people reply out of a 450+ population? Either that 450+ population number is false or wrong or all the other players are too shy to give a opinion. As far i know, maybe those 4 so called players can be "alt admin accounts" ... who knows

I have a question too. Do you plan to change the x-bow/bow imbalance on the same class combination with different buffs active? Something like you did for warrior/rogue und champion/rogue?
I guess most of the main scout players don't want to make 2 weapons and permanently swap it with different buffs.

I want to ask what are your plans for the scout and his weapons?
All other classes have 1 weapon, except maybe 1 class combination. The champion have a 2h hammer as best weapon, except champ/rogue with 1h hammer.
Same with 2h with warrior except warrior/rogue with 1h weapon.
Why do scouts needs 2 weapons if you want the best weapon? Different weapons for different class combinations are ok, but different weapons for different situations? why?
The xbow is still used for all classes which are x/scout, so it is not useless. Maybe you reconsider the usage of the xbow and bow for the scout. In my opinion (because the class balancing startet after ~90% of all players got the new weapon?) the bow should be in every situation the best. You could change 1 class combination of the scout, where the xbow is better. But as it is now, the class is not worth to play.
Please reconsider it and change the bow to be best weapon in every situation.

"Changed Wind Arrows to don’t have extra cooldown with crossbow if player has Arrow of Essence effect."
The crossbow was even stronger in burst before the latest patch. Why was it needed to change this now?
My T14 crossbow is now stronger than my T18 bow...
Before this change my t18 bow did nearly the same damage while Arrow of Essence was in effect, like my crossbow.
The crossbow was the burst weapon. was a weapon for all /scout class combinations... and now? The crossbow with same tier like bow is overall as good as a bow and in burst far far away.
Why do you make the scout as a class, which needs 2 weapons? Classes like champ/rogue or warrior/rogue have it's specific weapon for a specific secondary class. The scout should do 2 weapons? I hope it is not intended and again I hope if all balancing is over, all players can change their weapons for stones back.
