The fact with way more bossdmg is actually not true. There are mages, which you burst with 30-40kk dps on single target.

If some ppl use balton as reference and the last skill of rogue in first phase is Wound Attack and the first or second hit in second phase is Wound Attack, then yes. Rogues can do way more. But in general I didn't see rogues beating mdps even in single target.

Mage is more skill based than rogue, if you can speak about skill in this game but some rogues does not need any skill, but mages need to get the maximum out of your character

My proposition about stones:

Remove 194 stones, add only 29:

9 stones that add a specific stat

9 stones that remove a specific stat

9 stones that INCREASE a specific stat by a SENSE / RANDOM value

1 stone that adds a random stat

1 stone that increases a random stat

In this simple way, we have 90% less randomness, we are not milked from diamonds, and our nerves are fine.

EDIT: And I am begging you, remove these idiotic names and name the stones logically, "Add HP", "Remove MP" etc.

EDIT 2: A stone for 24,000 souls should upgrade the card's parameters to its maximum value. With the current amount of cards (which will increase), 2455 * 24,000 = 58,920,000 is needed anyway, that's probably enough farming.

One additional point. Like Johnkopytko said. You can delete leather with this new system. for a "good" card, you have a big problem as leather classes. (good = str/dex/patk/sta on card). For all other classes you need a maximum of 3 attributes... Don't know what the intention is, but I am hardly disappointed as a main leather player

To be honest. I have no words for the "rework" of the new card system.

To upgrade the attributes, you need to buy the personal shop I guess. Then you get some random stones, maybe not the one you need. You buy again and again and don't get you stone. Diamond costs increasing a lot.

If you have your stone you want, you can buy ONE????? Every additional stone you want to buy cost additional diamonds...

I mean, what is the intention of the card system? A system where ppl uses a lot of diamonds? Paying diamonds to get random stones is also.... no words.

The gold cost alone will use diamonds of the people, because this costs will only be covered with diamond->gold exchange.

This whole system is a déjà vu for me, which let me reminds to an other official server and publisher...

The easiest idea would be to extract one attribut of your choice of a card and transfer it to an other card. In this case you could have implemented something like the random attribute stones of the IS and the cost for each card (maximum of 4 stones for each card) would be foreseeable.

But as it is now, it is even worse than before in my eyes Oo

This change was asked in this thread a lot of months ago. A DEV answered, that they don't change attribute scaling for leather (remove str, increase dex). Only after this answer I began to make my gear. As Cruvor said, for healers it was at the beginning of balance (first patch?) and nearly 1 year ago. I am strictly against such change after 1 year that the balance process started, because such a change would make leather classes dead for sure. Increasing scaling of str + dex in same relation or decreasing in same relation wouldn't result in a new gear and would be a better solution, IF such attribute scaling is in planning.

i never played r/p since long time but as i see even people who cant deal half of their damage as any other rogue are performing ok with this class in runs, and i don't see a nerf in change list whatsoever. you are losing 15% pdmg (17-18%~ since pdmg is working weird with flat damage buffs) and gaining 10% more aoe damage against 6 target, gaining 120% more aoe damage against 15 target.

there are few problematic combo of rogue, my opinion about rogues generally is:

rogue/mage is one of these problematic combos in my opinion which is relying on physical attack boosters ALOT more compared to other classes due to having lowest physical attack among other classes even with end game equipment, and it is also most expensive rogue combo to deal its maximum potential damage i believe in end content.

other one is rogue/warlock which is performing mediocre/ok due to missing aoe damage, but it again depends on playstyle of the tank.

rogue/druid: best duo for rogue/mage -- is a bit uncomfortable to play due to needing to change your location alot for sustain aoe, but does decent damage

rogue/champion: best support for balton lovers, after m/wl ofc -- imo a weak class due to losing alot in terms of damage comparison with others in raid, in exchange to buff party slightly (not buffing mdps alot however)

rogue/warrior: slowest rogue, but highest burst potential (not comparing with r/p because i don't know how it is for burst), it overperfoms in slow runs / easily outperforms any mage i met in any type of run

rogue/warden: i didn't play recently, but it was feeling quite weak in slow runs due to missing sustained damage

rogue/scout: i didn't play recently

and have to mention that i don't care about damage of these classes in balton while writing these opinions, everything is about overall damage, not just single target burst.

loosing 15% pdmg for rogue results in ~22% damage loss (for me^^)

One additional point: I don't think rogue/warrior has highest burst potential. For AOE yes, but single target not. My r/s, r/p, r/wrd, r/wl, r/m and r/ch dealing more single target burst (balton) than r/w. (didn't played r/d for a while)

But r/w is, as you said, probably the best rogue for slow runs and has the best AOE of rogues for me, but the class is even worse than a good mage (let it be mage/ch or mage/s or any other good mage as good as those two) in overall rofl. Maybe the single target burst potential of r/w is better than other rogues, if there are other rogues of which you can leech the bleedings, but this are my experiences and r/w wasn't changed a long time.

The energy buff for rogues is for a more fluent game play, not a really strong buff, because with buffs you have also dwarven ale up. Furthermore only r/d, r/p and r/s needs/can use the new buff. r/wrd don't need it.

In my opinion you cannot say "this class is the best". It depends on gameplay, group play, pull style and much more.

The reason for this is that the non gcd ability is used first and having one that costs Rage just feels so clunky to play. Moreover, it would help with Rage sustain quite a bit, since Heart Piercing is used every 1.5 seconds and generates Rage constantly.

Regarding the Rogue suggestion: I support the idea, but it does not need 400% dps. could be also lower if it does not cause a global cooldown.

But isn't balancing about roughly equalizing the strength of all (dps) classes ? Ch/Wl was once top Champion too before getting nerfed. In fact, we have seen many top combinations of their respective class rise and fall. So you would be fine with the R/P nerf if there was a stronger Rogue ? I don't get the logic behind your argumentation.

I'm not saying that they should keep the R/P nerf. But you should understand that taking it away arises the need of buffing many other, weaker, classes.

But wouldn't recommend such change for Shot. This would be to strong in single target compared to others, because you could always use 3 skills in 1,5 seconds

I don't think that Ch/Wl gets a buff. The reduced cd of Indomitable Spirit just counteracts the loss of patk.

Agreed, classes like Warrior/Champion excell at longer fights. But if the R/P nerf is to be reverted, Ch/Wl has to be buffed.

I dislike generalizations, because they have lead to nerfs of all secondary classes, like it could be observed with Champion's Rune Pulse & Imprisonment Pulse ( excluding weapon passive, because several classes got that treatment).

I get that you are upset with W/Ch dealing more damage than your rogue, but please understand that I'm in the same situation when comparing R/P to my Ch/Wl.

Maybe it was the strongest rogue yes.

But for rogues in general: As I tested and saw in the last days after the 30% nerf, the fights lasts longer (no surprise ) and this brought the main problem of rogues to the light.

In general rogues cannot compare in whole RoFL with Chain dps or mdps classes. Maybe except rogue/Warrior because of his aoe.

With way better gear (2-3 Tiers), better cenedrils and other things I have more, I just manage to compete with mdps classes in longer RoFL runs now (even if it is only 5 minutes longer than before).

The main problem of most rogues is the energy. You cannot regenerate it like warriors with attacks or have an endless alternative skill like other classes like mdps or scouts. Practically if you ran out of energy, you need to wait 4 seconds to use a skill again, because you regenrate only every 2 seconds a few energy. With Rogue/warden for example you have a mana based Skill next to your Charged Chop. But rogue/priest, rogue/Druid, rogue/mage, rogue/WL haven't an alternative skill. Even with Rogue/warrior and rogue/CH you run out of both resources in long fights. But with Rogue/Warrior it is nearly never a problem (good elite skills, thx for it)

But the other rogues are only decoration in the group without energy (need to test r/CH after next patch).

This is just my opinion based on playstyle of rogues and chain classes in the last days and comparing it with mdps and other chain classes ( I know chain will be nerfed. But longer fights -> worse for rogues xd )

You didn’t understand what i wrote. We can’t compare anything if RoFL is the highest ini because you don’t even need so much heal. When your dds kill all mobs in few seconds they can’t even use their dots. The strongest HEALER heal the strongest so the strongest healer is d/p, p/d and p/s. P/M is definetely more supportive healer with less healing potential. I understand your point of view but even p/m needs changes to make him stronger in healing. I really hope we will get harder ini because it’s really disapointing when healer without any AoE healing elite skill can heal ini solo, isn’t it?

PS: Damage has been reduced about 30% maybe healing should be reduced too?

Regarding healing reduce: you shouldn't forget lower characters with lower gear/stats. For example inferno is designed to heal with tikal gear and gorge to heal with half-half tikal/inferno Gear. With those gears you have way less bonus healing points and wisdom. The healing output will be very low comparing with rofl parties. If you reduce healing output in general, you will reduce it for all.

But: the main problem with to much heal is, that healer will heal in every instance the same. It's not like with dps where you fight against the def of trash/bosses. So practically you can build one healer gear now and it is enough for the next 10 contents.

If you think about healer balancing, I would think about a not visible nerf of heal output or Bonus healing/wisdom for each instance. The higher the instance, the higher the nerf. Like the def of bosses/trash increase with each instance.

Scouts have 2 seconds CD on Wind Arrow with crossbow. With bow you have 1 second CD. This was mentioned in a patch note but it's missing in skill description.
