    You forgot to mention (if these changes were still there. I looked at 6 CET) that you get ~15% more damage from blood arrow for all skills and substitute can be permanent up. Overall not a hard nerf. We will see if it is a nerf. Shadow stab, Low Blow and wound attack will also profit of blood arrow increase

    I want to mention, that there are still massively lag spikes (fps drops) in game, especially with 12 ppl in raid :/

    If we are running with 12 ppl, periodically there are fps drops especially as a healer with raid-heal abilities. Now, after new cenedrils, there are more heal-raid effects and even more fps drops/lags :( :( (player, cenedrils and player pets!) Furthermore player pets don't need to be targeted by heal effects in my eyes.


    @Devs is it possible, that you can have a deeper look into the mechanic? Maybe also testing in rofl? (Could there be some scripts in the background, which are also prodrucing performance issues?) We are guessing that over 50% of fps drops are belong to raid heal effects with heal over time effects.

    I've spoke with Idhril of the guild Living Legends. He had the same problem like you. We found out that the problem is the Addon Arcadia Utilities, which is hooking the function CastSpellByName incorrectly.

    Maybe you/someone can write the addon owner of this issue.

    The API is maybe not complete. It still works without any addon

    Addon is using CastSpellByName("SpellName", "target") for example target = raid2

    This still works even on my client with enabled self cast in interface settings

    CastSpellByName function do not have 2nd parameter in our API, unless function is hooked by the addon, which means it can be hooked by another addon and lose its 2nd parameter.

    dont know if its just me but when i klick on one ppl to heal and have myself in target i only heal myself instead of the clicked person - or did i something wrong?

    You need to disable Self Cast in interface -> controls settings in order to cast a skill on some other unit than yourself when you don't have a target, assuming addon do not target clicked person automatically.

    I did some improvements with CastSpellByName usage and CASTING-Events in this addon. It should drastically reduce the lags while very fast spamming a skill of skillbook (not from actionslot)

    We didn't make any patches in the last 2 days, so it must be something on your client side.

    Try to remove all addons, and reset it's settings by removing "Chronicles of Arcadia" directory in "My Documents" when the client is closed. After that try to launch client at high settings again and check if there is any difference.

    But anyway we are still discovering FPS drops/lags with mainly healer classes with many HoT-Skills. If you are using a skill, which is healing every person in raid 4 times (2 * 2% + 2 * healing scale value) every 2 seconds (druid/priest for example; but there are also other healer with raid-heal HoT effects), the fps are dropping every 2 seconds. Maybe you can check this, if there are issues with many heal effects? Because as a healer you cannot hide the healing values. whole screen is full of green healing values if you have 12 ppl in raid :/

    Lool i dont need to know any of that i can see whit my eyes what is diffrence , and thx a lot for new nerf realy... And you even got nerf for s/d and it was now closer to other scouts , so why you asked for nerf , its not much but still why ?

    First: If you see it with your eyes: 51.8% physical damage is more than 62.8% damage like it was before. just saying.

    Second: S/D is OP too. It is nearly at the same level like r/s is current. I don't know what you mean with "s/d is closer to other scouts". S/D is like 1.2 - 1.5 stronger than other scouts (except s/ch, which is strong as s/d atm)

    Regarding latest changes of rogue/scout:


    • Changed Blood Poison to modify Blood Arrow to increase physical damage instead of melee/ranged damage, by 51.8%.
    • Changed Substitute to inflict Shot damage with 100% chance instead of 60%.
    • Changed Wraith Attack to have 6% lower damage for each extra target.
    • Changed Fast Draw to do not be interrupted while moving.
    • Reduced Precision focus cost to 50 from 100, changed it to make Fast Draw recover 10 focus upon landing successful attack additionally.
    • Reduced Shadow Figure ranged attack speed gain to 10% from 20%.


    I guess it is the wrong way, if this changes are the intention of buffing the class furthermore. The class was still the strongest and after the patch now, it is even stronger :/

    First i think thiese changes are good ,its more better energy-focsu consuming even if its dmg again nerfed its ok . Second you cant compare only whit other rouges , because its always one combo who is stronger then others ,and R/S was weakest rouge for a long time . You need to compare to other classes whit similar gear , and i think its now close to some other top combos , but still weaker then some .

    Anyway, the next patch will balance the class more. The classes should be balanced within all secondary classes. Why should you compare one rogue class with other classses? balancing all classes for every secondary class and then you can balance between different main classes.

    Like espar91 said, it is for "pro players" and not for players who don't know how to play properly. If there are ppl hitting for higher chance and you cannot even buff yourself, play another class, where you maybe are "ok" without buffing yourself. Just stop kidding.     There are still ppl on the server, who are hitting with 98%+ so no, there is not a bug in my opinion if ppl proofed it

    ~1,7kk p-attack with hot stew. Damage don't know. t12 weapon. you see the average damage of all skills. no other rogue have such high hits. Wraith Attack for example sustained damage without buffs ~2kk in trash. Power of the Wood Spirit of r/warden do only ~700-800k with my t15 dagger.

    You see. I don't have double or tripple p-attack of others and with t12 weapon I have even way lower p-dmg.

    My suggestion was to reduce damage of substitute while having 100% trigger chance. But that will be only 1 skill to be changed for balanced. Wraith attack should also be reduce to maximum 500% dps compared to Power of the Wood Spirit

    This infos just for clarifying that it does not depends on my "high" weapons. The class is, compared to other rogues, totally OP

    Edit: Like byte said in another thread (Rouge Scout : Fast Draw Bug). 30% is base miss rate of Fast Draw. You see, that it is possible to increase the chance to 100%. But that's just my opinion and I don't know the rogue very good

    I see it as a bug, or a failed nerf of a skil.

    I think it is a good solution, that at least at 1 rogue there is a need for precision (for example max dex build)

    Also for you again: A gear with only 1-2 tiers higher and also a T15 weapon is enough for making 3 times damage than other players with same class? Never ever. This class is (in my opinion) the hardest rogue to play (if you would say, it is "hard to play"). Ppl doing less damage than other rogue classes should change anything, because it is not possible with r/s to do less damage atm.


    I mean, if you play the rogue like someone yesterday, only doing Wraith Attack at Balton, the class is weak, yes. But again: change your playstyle or anything. I know what I am saying here, because I always compare MY class with another class of MINE and not with other players.

    I don't know what you think, but I have only T15 dagger and T15 gun. Ty.

    I also compare the classes I play with other classes I play. With R/S I do way more damage than with any other rogue. I would suggest you change your playstyle or anything else and don't always mention "you have op gear, that's why". It seems like an excuse for not doing good damage.

    If r/s would not be changed, all rogues playing r/s in future, trust me. That's also why you nearly see only r/s now in groups. Not because the class is totally fun to play, but because the class is totally the strongest rogue.
