If you wanted to place title into Challenge/Instance category, you can use:
/Run SetATF_Title(532126)Which would equip No Prayers Left in This Abbey title to Challenge/Instance category. So yes, 4 separate calls with 4x different IDs of each category would place it to 4 different slots.

1. sometimes at training grounds if I stop training and do something like put a rune in my gear, then I press for normal white attack, it doesn't work - but not all the time. It's random. I can do ranged weapon but normal attack is disabled. Not sure if this is a bug.

- Fixed Arena of Darkness was starting regardless of number of players inside.
I can see why you did that change (waiting alone in AOD for other players) but it is problematic in multiple ways:
1. There is a bug that people cant enter because they are "in combat" even though they are not in combat or group. You can only select "hide" and cant rejoin in the battlefield interface. If 1 out of 5 gets this, arena cannot be started. I couldn´t play a single Arena of Darkness match since the last patch.
2. As a player who needs to do PvP for the robot, titles etc there is no other good option to obtain nero coins.
3. The way it was when only 2 or 3 people fought in AOD wasnt all that bad. It changed things up a bit and you sometimes got a 1v1 or 1v1v1 which is a whole other dynamic and makes it at least a little bit fun (tbf AOD is not a really fun place to be in if it wasnt for the coins)
My suggestion: change the required players to start the arena to 2 (or 3 if you dont want 1v1 in AOD).

Fighting with less than 5 people was not intended as it was the minimum required amount to start the game, as indicated by the tooltip of this zone. It meant that it was possible for 1 player to get stuck in the zone and be penalised when leaving the arena. We don't plan to revert this change as it was a bug, and was fixed due to this.

It is already planned to increase number of equipment slots and allowing to rename them in future. As well as adding specific slots for PvP equipment. Costumes is already having separate tab in the top right with the "Magic Wardrobe" button.

We don't plan to adjust these items, it's not intended to be easily obtainable (Nor is the item required for gameplay). If you wanted guaranteed reward there is other items to purchase and list may be expanded in future, as well as other ways to obtain this currency.

Sathkur is already having karma system giving guaranteed rewards at thresholds (not included chances to receive them through actual drop rates).
750 coins > Dust of the Petrified
1000 coins > Splinter of Form
2000 coins > Sun Essence.
We also reduced these requirements to create such items before from 30>20, as well as adding ability to use prestige benefit for crafting to reduce it even further, there is no plans to reduce it even more, as it's endgame progression that is already drastically faster to complete now than on original release, as well as having a second option to obtain them.
These runes aren't blocking character progress, as it's not required to continue the questline, and you may progress with it as quickly or slowly as you like.

which now needs the pointless heavily annoying Morrok quest line to even complete and you only get 48k from it.
Just to put into perspective how strong this daily quest is/was for incoming server gold, it's still substantially highest incoming gold from any daily quest on server, despite giving way less than other higher dallies, and with way higher requirements.
Without quest requirement, and level 91 boost, we would see this amount being way higher, to completely unreasonable levels.
