To check client version, mouse overlay on client.exe file, or right-click it, choose properties and detail section.
To update client, choose the patch you are missing from here: https://playernetgames.net/download
For example, if your client version is 10.7.0.5100, download patch_10.7.0.5100.en_10.7.0.5101.en.exe.
To patch the client, move it to game directory, right click, and execute as administrator.
After you patch it, start launcher, and it should do the rest of the patches.

level your relationship three times faster than usual!
I can see that you've 30 FPS even before the fight, and anything under 30 FPS will look like a lag/freeze.
For COA not the GPU but CPU is important, as it's using a single thread.
The CPU you are using is a server one, it's powerful but only in multithreading scenario.
Its base core with Turbo is 3.0GHz, which may be the reason of the issue.
A few things you can try:
- assign COA client to another threads in task manager, try different affinity
- check without any addons, as they're sometimes causing FPS issues.
- limit distance view option to minimum
There was an additional patch today fixing this issue, make sure your client is fully patched, and check again.

Playing COA doesn't require purchases.
There are many ways to obtain IS items by playing:
1. Diamonds for items in Auction House
2. Diamonds for gold in Auction House
3. Diamonds for Ancient Mementos / Arcadia Coins
4. Gifts from NPCs
5. Itemshop items from mini-games
6. Occasional in game events
7. Forum contests
8. Regular in game activities
9. Phirius shop
Our diamond prices with sales, and item prices are way better than somewhere else.
Combining both, you end up with 20x difference for some of the cases, which was already reviewed.
Regarding EQ prices - it's out of our control or influence, these are driven by supply and demand rule.
Majority of players, including most end game one, never made any purchase.
They're simply playing the game actively, and cooperating with others to achieve their targets.
Keep in mind, that we didn't increase diamond prices for PNC/EUR since 2014, with EU cumulative inflation over 15%.
Increasing promos' ratio would make more diamonds being added to the server, causing inflation, and rising prices of items.
Diamond prices, promotion time frames and diamond rates are not influenced by feedback.
Usual support response is from few minutes to 24 hours.
Due to the nature of the issue, it's not possible to discuss it publicly on the forum, so support is best place.
I checked your main character, and was able to log in and stay online without issues.
I moved it to the house, maybe it will be more stable for you.
What you are experiencing is most likely internet services provider related, as there are no such issues for other players.
You may yet try to use a VPN, this shouldn't cause large ping difference.
Another issue has been found causing instability, and we are working to fix it now.
The issue has been solved, and house zone should run stable now.
The house zone was running under debug mode as per announcement:
It appears that issue triggered again, and we fixed it.
House zone is running in a debugging mode, so there may be yet another restart/downtime needed.

The issue was caused by not enough space left on the hard drive, and been solved.
