You have to be patient, but if you review news about our all diamonds promotions on website you can recognize approximately when we are doing biggest sales.

On Paradise we have so much active players, and guilds so with some effort obtaining gear shouldn't be a problem

At current state Tempest Height is opened two times per day, at:
- 15:00 CET
- 20:00 CET

We added right now one event more / day at 02:00 CET

Guild Castle Towers Buffs
- players can get now all buffs under current tower level
- towers buffs (defense, HP, attack) has been upgraded, players can get now % values for gold

Other changes
- quest Acceptance Brings Opportunity can be accepted and completed now by every player, even if he missed this before
- requirements for Battle to Defend the Broken Bridge quest has been changed, it should be now easiest to complete this quest

Bugfixes
- animations for Dagger skin (Sys214553_name) has been fixed
- quest Dreadlord of the Thirteen Circles can be completed now, players have to defeat Fayelond for meet requirements
- players will be able now to start event for complete Defense of the Fortress quests

Patch 9.4.1.3010.en was implemented October 30th 2016.
We reviewed logs about custom cards from this time, and all of them still are in drop, but now they are VERY rare.

Ok, we found what cause this issue, card will be visible again in players monster compedium after next patch.

They are custom too.
Anyway, i checked now with newest Yacit and Pumpkin or Wrakal are here.
Checked also this accounts and seems like for me everything is fine.

Neither without addon:

Please try to check without Yacit addon.
Maybe its due to some old addon version and is not compatible with custom cards.

Please try to uninstall .PlayerNet App, download current version and install again, we updated some installation prerequisites, so you can skip them if are not detected correctly.

For sure you are not blind - we dont have game client for MacOS systems.
Runes of Magic from the beginning was planed to be released only on WIN operating system.
Anyway it is possible to run this game on MacOS with software like CrossOver or Wine.
You should easily find some videos on YT which are helpful.

I understand this case.
Due to not overload server with diamonds, and still keeping this Free-To-Play option this source is limited.
All what you need is wait until next maintenance.
Its always announced on our homepage.

Have you noticed any currently problems with server?
We are doing maintenances mostly when we release patch on in emergency cases.
Our game servers are enough good to handle stable server for long weeks without any restart.
