I checked server quest logs and can confirm that:
Singing Passion has been completed by player 2017-04-11 15:34:45
Mysterious Magical Formula has been completed by player 2017-04-09 06:42:37You have to be aware that some quests may have specific conditions, and if you previously completed another quests you may be not able to take/complete another one. Some of them have level, crafts and a lot of other requirements.

In Dalanis Nightmare, bosses spawn and I can't see them because of a bigger boss. The only way I can tell if they're there is to get closer and keep pressing tab. I died once doing this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I am unsure if it enough help but you can do some things:
1. Enable health bars in UI options so you can clik on them
2. You can try eTargetList which is based on health bars but easiest https://mods.curse.com/addons/rom/etargetlist
3. You can target mobs by mouseover using for example https://mods.curse.com/addons/rom/target
4. Make focus from right mouse button on other player name in raid/party/target (and via settings you can set it like you wish) -
1k from Phantom Blade is indeed not really worth damage.
Output damage from this two pets never was strong.This will be placed into discussion with Team.

This items are intended to drop with random stats, and from last patch also without stats.
"Randomly produce skills from below" is not intended description and will be corrected.

Everyone who exchanged Arcadia Coins to Ancient Mementos before 17:00 CEST can contact our Support for compensate. -
There will be additional maintenance with following changes:
- Exchange rate for Arcadia Coins to Ancient Mementos will be changed
- New items price for Arcadia Coins will be changed
- Mirrorworld instances will be available again

Siege War items rules
From now items obtained on siege war:- will not disappear on zone change
- will not disappear on logout
- disappear after one hour
- can not be placed in chest, sent via mail, auctioned, traded (except Siege War zone)
As final result, players who received a disconnect, crash or want to go back to zone do not lose their items anymore.
List of affected items:
Other Changes- New Items for Proof of Myth, Phirius Shells and Honor Points (including rate for clean item) has been added
- Provisions Courier's Ostrich Mount can not be used on PvP zones
- Gold Rate has been changed from x3 to x1
Bugfixes
- All monster cards should be visible now in Monster Compendium
- Housemaids should not play anymore on magical instruments
- Players will receive from now Shield Form while changing race to dwarf
- Proof of Myth will drop now from Zalkenrys for characters over 101 level
- Proof of Myth will drop now from Resentful Hackman even if boss will be killed fast
- Eulogy of Wind skin will be working now correctly, and can be applied on two hand weapons

Really clear answer was given above.
Main reason of this change was abusing this skill/buff.
There is no point to complain about skill which have to be renewed after 5 minutes compared with previous usage.
This skill is so much different than food buffs and normal buffs like Magical Defense, that why it was changed in this not other way.Thread will be closed.

7.0.2.2797 seems to be another publisher game client version.Make sure that you used .PlayerNet App to download both of our game clients.

Make sure your client.config.ini file in game directory is not read only.
If it is not read only set all your graphic/audio details by launcher, apply, close launcher and make client.config.ini read only.

Main difference which you noticed is due to this server is diamonds, not gold based.
Price of diamonds depends of quests gold rate - it's higher here than on other publishers, and every new zone bring more and more gold from Daily Quests.A lot of things (included diamonds) you can obtain without investing money.

Looks like your textures files and interface files are broken.
Easiest way is to just re-download entire game again sadly
Another is looking which of them exactly are broken and repleace.
Be aware that their summary size may be nearly same like full client.Could you then try to reinstall .PlayerNet App and download game again?
