  • [Setskill][Buff] Attack Is the Best Defense (500073) does not trigger buff 500074

    Attack is The Best Defense [497760] give you Attack is the Best Defense buff [500074] as soon as you do not have Forge.
    I assume that was real point of this report - with next patch it will be fixed, so Forge buff can be used together with new elite.


    About way how old and new elite is working from technical side:
    Battle Defense Transfer
    skill 850880 trigger buff 624369 on usage
    buff 624369 trigger skill 850881 on attack
    skill 850881 trigger 624370 buff on usage


    Attack Is the Best Defense
    skill 497760 trigger buff 500073 on usage
    buff 500073 trigger skill 497761 on attack
    skill 497761 trigger 500074 buff on usage


    Additionally both (624369 and 500073) trigger:
    on time out 850077
    on end usage - LUA script which is supposed to rebuff Forge


    The real issue was, that Forge (621168 and 621303) does not triggered new suitskill like it did for old one.

  • Where are chat logs for parties?

    There are only say, and whisper logs in your /Log/ directory if you have enabled it in RuneDev.ini file.
    There are no party chat logs, but we increased size of visible chat lines good enough i believe for read it until you did not got disconnect/crash.

  • What are the highest tiers?

    As mentioned above:
    - highest tier abailable for players its Tier 20
    - highest Tier Stone created on Paradise is Tier 16
    - Tier 20 can be used with weapons, armors and wings

  • Organic Deconstruction Setskill

    Most of new elite skills are replecaments or upgraded/alternative versions of old one.
    This is exactly case for Clone Conversion and Organic Deconstruction.


    As you may notice description is really simlar, and double effect would be definitly too high.
    We can add additional description to next patch.

  • Download version txt fail

    In such cases, as mentioned above it is always best to create ticket in our Support.
    They have possibilities to deeply review your issue, and request about informations which should not be published on board.
    I received information that your ticket should be already processed.

  • Is Richie event bugged?

    No this NPC is not bugged. It seems like you rather do not know spawn points.
    I found him right now on channel 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
    Additionally during event we are restarting channels in cases of any bug reports.

  • Housekeeper Potions

    Housemaid potions have expiration time.
    Placing them to housemaid storage and chest allowed to abuse expiration time.
    This behavior was not intended, and this is a reason why they can not be placed there.


    As additional option we implemented ability to reset fatigue.
    This option allow players to get correct potions, and necessary buffs now.
    It allow also to get small part of gold from server too.

  • Can Not update, 10.0.4.2025

    We applied right now additional patch.
    Please close all game clients and restart your launcher.

  • Game has already another installation going on.

    It looks more like you do not have half of files which are required to be there.
    I am not sure how you installed Arcadia, but all installer files are tested and working fine.


    You just should make sure that you have all installer parts in one directory, install game and patch it.
    Only issues which may appear are caused by windows defender, antivirus, smart screen so it is best to turn them off for this time.

  • Game installation error

    Make sure that you deleted this file from your download directory and you not downloading it again with (1) in name.
    Usually such issues come if you do not have stable internet connection, installer file can not be broken.
    I can suggest you to use some kind of download managers (like JDownloader) if you can not properly download via browser.

  • Bank space

    Thank you for this suggestion.
    With one of last patches we already increased amount of slots in houses for storage purposes.
    For now there are no plans for adding additional spaces to bank.

  • Crash results in game setting issues

    In 'My Documents' directory you have 'Chronicles of Arcadia' directory where are stored all addons settings.
    You can just setup everything, close your game and make backup of it.
    In cases if your UI crash again you can just out it back, then all your settings will be like they was before.


    In the past i also created batch script which can do it just by one click, and save it by date.
    You have to create backup.bat file, open it in notepad and paste content from this: https://ghostbin.co/paste/svvqr
    It create RoMBackup directory in place where you start it, and inside you have directory called by timestamp with all settings inside.
    It is working fine on enviroments where 'My Documents' are in default place, otherwise just need to edit line 18 with new path.

  • Game installation error

    Yes, this file is corrupted, and this is what you also can see in error message.
    You have to download this file (and all corrupted one again).
    Make sure that all .cab files (except last part) have 2GB before you start installation again.

  • Garden of Eden

    There was no bots in Garden - they are not working here, so no bans as well.


    Let me clarify again if one message is not enough.
    Garden of Eden is not supposed to be place where:
    1. player is staying with enabled Briar Shield, renewing it every 15 minutes and with pet looting items
    2. player can farm Talent Points due to fast respawn of mobs
    3. player can farm a lot of Event Items due to fast respawn of mobs


    Garden of Eden is supposed to be zone where players can increase level of relationship.
    With faster respawn of mobs it is even better now.
    This was announced over one year ago with release (link).


    Please note that this zone already give Paradise players advantage over default relation leveling.
    This is a point which should be appreciated instead of trying to just take more than is supposed.
    Nothing can be perfect, and we decided to improve it with last change.
    Previously (link) we was unable to make mobs there without loot but we wanted - now it ispossible.


    ps.: referring to Breathable Silk and economy rules:
    Everyone who used normal way to farm is now on good position - he earned gold on silk.
    If market is overloaded with item, players using just more of them, so they have also pay more.
    Market have simple demand supply rules for biding:
    1. more goods available -> less price per good -> more goods needed
    2. less goods -> higher price per good -> less goods needed


    Everything what is needed in this case was already said.
    We all of course read and understand feedback, and wish to be understood as well.
    Before everone start to attacking each other this thread will be closed, and reopened again in future.
    This should give some time to read and think about in wider spectrum.
