We did not changed lately anything with Talent Points in last days.
Current TP rates from quests / mobs are default one.
Needed TP for level up skills is reduced since Patch 9.4.7.2201

This mean that Talent Points benefit is x10, what is already really good boost.

I believe you reffer to days when rate was x10, and TP system was changed what affected in TP x100.
This was too high value and was corrected a few patches ago.

Simple example (rogue, level 10, 0 Talent Points):

Quests
After completing "Getting to know yourself" quest, your character is getting 10 TP.
For level up Shadowstab skill you need:
1. default rates: 186 TP needed - you have to complete 18 such quests
2. Arcadia: 18 TP needed - you have to complete 2 such quests

Mobs
After killing "Weak Ent", your character is getting 2 TP.
For level up Shadowstab skill you need:
1. default rates: 186 TP needed - you need to kill 93 such mobs
2. Arcadia: 18 TP needed - you have to complete 9 such mobs

I checked and everything is fine, here you can see difference between Legacy (default size) and Paradise.
If you would like to check on your own, and compare with same object this is Forsaken Abbey zone.

TP from quests: x1 (you need 10x less TP to level your skills - Patch 9.4.7.2201 - TPoint System Change)

Releated to certificates, i strongly suggest to avoid doing it this way.

2. As long as you won't be abusing in game features, it is all fine.
In my opinion 15x default XP rate is good enough to level your character fast.

3. I do not recall such post or guide, our skills are in 95% equal to default one

In valentines sale we offered single items, in regular sale you have offer with multiple items in one package with good discount due to it.

- desktop screen resolution to FullHD (1920x), so you have more workspace
- bigger monitor so you can see small elements good
- UI scaling in user interface so you can see more inside of ROM window

This message indicate that file was downloaded incorrectly and is corrupted.
Try to download it using alternative mirror instead of CDN and using download manager insted of browser.

All of Mirror Wolds has been additionally restarted right now,for be sure that it is not server-side issue.
If you are getting crashes plase make sure that you set your details to low as possible.

This is not possible for house furniture due to two reasons:
1. all house furtnitures can be only friendly
2. your character can not and should not interact with enemies in your house (buff)

Also we would not like to have all players spending they away time in houses, for make zones empty

No, there are no plans due to following reasons:
- benefit from Talent Orb 1.000.000 is recognized as 10.000.000 due to changes implemented to TP system
- benefit from Experience Orb 10.000.000 is 150.000.000 XP due to server rates
- every new character can take benefit from 80 instant level cap event
- doing quests without any boost should allow you to level up 15(!) classes (server XP rate x15)
- there are additionally NPC's which offer XP/TP boosts for free every day

As soon as event will be ready it will be announced in patch notes.

They will be added with new patch.
