It says every hit of Soul Hunter skill will reduce cooldown of Harmony skill. But i tested it in itnal camp and cooldown of Harmony skill is not reducing at all.

Yes it also the same with s/k (Changed Blessed Arsenal to modify Repelling Arrow; It now reduces cooldown of Snipe and Armor-Piercing Arrow by a second per successful cast) , it doesn't reduce anything

Working correct from my testing.
Please recheck with changed setting of cooldown display as it might make it more clear that it is working

I am still using it in itnal camp with Soul Hunter active buff. Yet i dont see any cooldown reduction.

I have the same thing, I checked both the camp and the grafu castle and nothing is reduced. Still the skill has 8 seconds of cooldown.

Can you try using it on red targets in itnal, that looses hp?
If you use things on targets that dont looses hp, some stuff might be not working

That's the thing: I used this skill on such targets yesterday (as I wrote earlier) and it DOES NOT WORK.
