I'm having trouble upgrading my equipment. So far I've been able to do it without any problems. This is my item just before upgrade:
I do everything according to art. I have a clean item, 3 mana stones of the same level - one with 6 stats and 2 clean. The biggest surprise for me is the disappearance of 3 runes:
I'm asking for help because I don't want to waste stats and runes on a faulty upgrade. Any ideas what might be wrong?

It's only visual for the game yes, but there is a real bug in the "Transmutor" addon from curse linked in the client because of this visual bug (hyperlink function I guess)
Edit: check support tickets, then you know
