Resolved. User had to disable Windows SmartScreen in WIN10, and run .PlayerNet App from desktop (due to privilages problem in Program Files).

If i understand right .PlayerNet App stopped for you when you clicked download button?
Is there any error message? Have you tried to reinstall .PlayerNet App?Or you downloaded client, and its problem with game client?

All what i can tell about drop of new added cards is all of them has been tested after patch and are obtainable. About event / quest cards be aware that some of them can have specific rate whats mean you cant obtain them on every attempt, some of them can be quest rewards etc. I'm pretty sure with our current playerbase all of ways to get them will be discovered soon

Restart your PC before patching process (for make sure that all ROM correlated processes are disabled)
Move patches to your game directory and execute them one by one as admin (from right mouse button option).
Please let us know if after this you will be able to run your launcher/client. -

its not possible in easy way but i can come with some kind of alternative solutuion, which may be usefull for you.
There are addons which allow you to help with completing missing quests on zones:

This addon is not obtainable on curse so i'll attach this to message.
This addon is based on entire quests id range (should work for future quests and our custom).
Be aware that some of quests are not available in game anymore, or never was.
You can run this addon using /quests comannd. -

It's really hard to help if we even dont know your mail provider.
I can suggest you to use some kind of email software which you can install on your PC (like Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook) and then add your email account so you won't be forced anymore to use web version, and you can be easy informed about every new mail. -

You have to be patient, but if you review news about our all diamonds promotions on website you can recognize approximately when we are doing biggest sales.

Patch 9.4.1.3010.en was implemented October 30th 2016.
We reviewed logs about custom cards from this time, and all of them still are in drop, but now they are VERY rare.
We will be looking yet in future for make sure that everything is fine. -

You should start downloading process again. Make sure that your internet connection is stable, this error appeard due to our client wasnt downloaded correctly but app allowed to install from corrupted file.

Ok, we found what cause this issue, card will be visible again in players monster compedium after next patch.

Anyway, i checked now with newest Yacit and Pumpkin or Wrakal are here.
Checked also this accounts and seems like for me everything is fine.
