    If all possible debuffs would stack (especially those with % decreased values) mobs and bosses would have summary 100% defense reduction, so some of them are intended to not work together.

    Kinda off topic but you should make sure that your client.config.ini file is not read-only.
    Then set your details via launcher, and make this file read-only.
    After this your game details should not be changed even if you change them in game or in launcher.

  • Event buffs not removable

    Thank you for bringing this up. I understand that is important due to buff limit on character.
    There is not much options for perform changes without patch, but we implemented workaroud.



    From now players can obtain event buffs porting to following zones:
    Hownling Mountains
    Elven Island
    Yrvandis Hollows


    From now players can remove event buffs in following zones:
    House Zone
    PVP Zones (1v1, 3v3, 6v6, Karros, Visdun, Arcanium, Tyrefen)
    Dalanis Nightmare
    Hall of Survivors Hard
    Temple of Tikal

  • Dalanis

    Really sorry but all what can be done with Dalanis (due to its part of big continent, and objects are permanently placed on this) is hide NPC's what we can't do - you wont be able to make quests then :)
    Changes in textures for Dalanis also do not affect with decreasing amount of crashes in this place.


    Thank you for bringing this up but sadly need to deal with it.
    Make sure that all your graphic details are on low values, also view distance should be as low as possible.

    If you noticed problem only with game it can be issue between your ISP and our datacenter.


    Could you check (just for test) how it look when you connect to our game server using VPN's?
    If it is possible choose country which is near our datacenter (Netherlands).

  • Drop rate of crafting runes

    Hello,


    crafting runes are part of big global drop rate, and playing with it can affect unexpected rates for all zone/lvl correlations.
    Rate of them is planned to be part of game where new low level players can collect them more easy than high level players.
    This way newcomers can earn some gold, so it is not planned to change this.
    Anyway.. you always can look to Itemshop as Khira mentioned.

  • Playernet App doesn't seem to like me

    It can appear mostly due to not stable connection (when downloading process is corrupted).
    Have you tried to close .PlayerNet App when it switched to "install"? Does it have still "Install" after restart?


    Before you click install you can check Download directory in .PlayerNet App directory, there should be .zip file, you can try to decompress it. If download client file will be broken you wont be ably anyway to complete this process.


    If you won't be able to perform correctly installation please let us know in this thread so we can try some workaround.

    Resolved. User had to disable Windows SmartScreen in WIN10, and run .PlayerNet App from desktop (due to privilages problem in Program Files).

    If i understand right .PlayerNet App stopped for you when you clicked download button?
    Is there any error message? Have you tried to reinstall .PlayerNet App?


    Or you downloaded client, and its problem with game client?
