Regarding the planned changes to last boss.
I honestly think these changes will make the boss too easy. This boss is, by far, the hardest boss in the whole instance and that is a good thing! It is endcontent and it is supposed to be hard, which is why I have to say that I really like and enjoy the boss design.
The event, once you figure it out, is basicly just practice. After recent changes it is already alot easier than it was and certain mechanics just need some practice (and are countered easily if you take a moment and think about it) which is why I think that changes like : Increased delay between messenger pulls to 2/3 from 0.3/3.

Changed card star upgrade requirements for non-killable minigames NPCs to disenchanting only.The cards 777655 and 777654 still require monster kills even though they are NPC cards.

Is it intended, that Rogue/Bard is insanly broken right now? The aoe dmg is insane and even the single target damage of this class is really strong. Single target (strong) and aoe dmg (op!) seems to make this combination too strong right now.

Regarding
Fixed all existing cards that exceeded the maximum possible limit of numeric attribute values.It's still bugged. Literally nothing changed.
If you meant with
Fixed incorrect card type display.
things like "old card", "unique card" etc.. then the event cards from the current event as well as some from regions that should be in the new card system are still wrong, since they are still "old cards" and cant be disenchanted.
Also regarding
Fixed unique cards that could lose their unique attributes when they were modified.You forgot card 777629.

is d/wrl lvl 70 elite skill working as intended? after tuning on this buff i always end with big matt reduction compared with skill tuned off.

If you use it with mdps gear, then yes You don't have that much stamina and wisdom which gets transformed, so with the 25% magical attack reduce, you end up with less matk than before using the skill
I guess it makes only sense in heal gear to use.

Since I don't know if it was mentioned already. Could you please change it so that in groups all members get the point for killing? Right now only the player which dealt the most damage gets the point. Open world thats maybe fine but in ini's...rip heal and tank (and every non op dps) xD

normally the card has +10 all attributes and you are able to upgrade this card with additional attributes. But if you maximize it with 600 diamonds, you just lose the 10 attributes.
I guess that is a bug. Would be nice if you can restore the card + materials or lock the +10 all attributes or whatever xD. It needs a fix.

Agree! It also disappears btw if you seal the 10 attributes beforehand. Please restore the card and the materials/diamonds used please

Regarding CardID 777656. Its impossible to level the starlevel of this card^^ The mob is an NPC which you can't kill so only the disenchanting part works

Same Here . you can increase the Star level of orange cards to lvl 5 that way , with seemingly no cost . Only downside is appereantly you cant change attributes from that cards then anymore xD

I tested a bit around , the issue seems that you cant upgrades cards anymore that reached 5 Stars ( i hope that is not intended ).
I just got a windmill basement card to 5 stars and i cant upgrade it anymore , other 3 or 4 star cards are still upgradable for me ( changing / increasing attributes on the card)

I can confirm that once a card reaches 5star no stone works on them anymore.

Also Card - Golo (Card ID 777520) is an "old card" and can't be disenchanted. (and is not in the star system although its a Howling Mountain card)

Also ,I dont know if its intended or not, if you kill and/or disenchant more mobs than required for a star level and you upgrade the star level everything is resetted to 0. So if you have e.g. like here https://gyazo.com/7a36adeaff4025845c08983bfcd564bf, 7/4 disenchants, couldn't you change it so that 3 remain in the next star level and not like it is right now (https://gyazo.com/811ed734a480e0ea2cde4f5c2cdb73fd).
At least for me, I just kill for some time and then disenchant everything, and its really bothersome having to check for each card how many I can disenchant before having to upgrade the card first.

You can't use diamonds to max out the values of cards which are available in all decks from the beginning, e.g. 777284 (monster ID is 101275).

I have a suggestion for the title "Destroyer of the Underworld" (532049)
Would it be possible to change the 5% reduced MP Consumption to 5% reduced resources consumption?
When this title was introduced there were only a few classes dealing dark damage and unsing that title (warlocks). Nowdays there is a variety of classes with different resources, so I feel that MP only is a bit outdated.

I guess maybe the damage scales with phantoms values and not your own which is why this dmg is so low.
But I agree that it feels/looks really bad dmg wise.

Priest/Bard
Can you change 1491251 (Holy Tunes) so that you can choose the target around which it should heal? Right now you always cast it around yourself. As a heal, you normally don't want to stand next to the tank/melee dps so the hot doesn't reach them most of the time (cause of the limited range).

Mage/Warrior:
1) please increase the duration of 499589 to 15min. A 5min buff is really annoying. You changed so many 5min buffs to 10 or 15min, please increase this also.
After running with this class (only 60% of my buff gear is complete) I have to say I'm rather dissappointed. Maybe increase the damage of Flame or sth. but I found the burst rather bad.

Its supposed to happen.
"Charged" State canceles compression buff. Before you only got charged when casting plasma arrow, which also canceled compression. Now you get charged with every electrical skill.
So its not a bug.
