[Resolved] Warning 4154 - flash error

whenever i start to dl the playernet app I get this.
if i say install anyway it gets stuck 1/3 way through.
"warning 4154 adobe flash 20 activex prequiisite was not correctly installed. Continue instillation of playernet?"

I am on user acnt with admin privileges.

11.11.10586.0
update versions: 11.0.25

windows 10

I tried to go in and delete flash by hand problem is it only deleted some and said I don't have permission to delete all of them. now my flash doesn't work and when I try to install it again it says my flash is up to date.
