I had to reboot my computer and after it, I can't get back into the game. I enter the username, the password, and click but it is stuck at "Loading character data". I just have the one account but have tried different "sub-accounts or whatever they are called. What else can I try?

The game's a hot mess and it's getting worse with each patch. If not log in problems, than in game ones, with mail, AH, random DCs or even kicked out of the game just by being AFK in House -.-...
I'm starting to wonder what's the point in me supporting the game by buying dias or prestige battle pass with real money, if stuff isn't really fixed, but new problems are added instead...

Such problems are unfortunately not related with game code, but on the server host side. We've given required requests to server host and waiting on response. Until then, team are making improvements in backend systems to improve reliability. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the server problems.
