starts without displaying the interface

Hello.

My game client regularly starts without displaying the interface, as if Ctrl+Z had been pressed.

ESC does nothing.

Neither does Ctrl+Z.

I have to close the client through the application manager.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Is there a known solution?

After launching Windows and the launcher, the client runs the "File Integrity Report" every time it starts up. I don't know if this is related to the bug I mentioned at the beginning of the post.

It started in September; I didn't launch the game in July or August.

This issue appears randomly.

Create a backup, clear the contents of the "interface\addons" folder, and restart the game... the issue occurs randomly when loading a character, starting a game session, or switching characters.

=>I'll try emptying the "documents\Chronicles of Arcadia" folder as well.
