Soul Cleanse cannot clean poison or the new immobile from the new mobs in grove

    The description of Soul Cleanse says, it removes harmful effects.
    I would consider poison from Buddrass or the mentioned immobile as harmful

    I would like to know what harmful effects can be purged or not.
    It would help, if any debuff would say, what cleansing method gets rid of 'em
