Performance issues - Game stuttering every 3 seconds

I had a very similar issue in another game before.

I even went as far as reformatting my PC, but the problem still continued.

Eventually, I discovered that the issue was caused by my NVIDIA driver.

After uninstalling the latest NVIDIA version and installing an older driver, the problem was completely resolved.

This did not happen in this game, it was a different one — but it might still be worth checking if someone is experiencing a similar issue.

Has anyone any idea how to fix this? Since other games are fine, I think it's just a CoA problem, can't imagine what might interfere there... thx in advance

Nearly same issue at my wifes PC. Constant regularly stuttering. Couldnt find the issue. On my PC it's "only" every 20 seconds or so, but still annoying

I have the same problem, and it’s most likely game-related. Last time this happened, the issue was caused by an artefact bug — there was some animation or something wrong in the code that caused these kinds of lags and stutters.
