Inside [Temple of the Sun – Eternal Sleep], I killed [Nex of Enoch] and looted the quest item [Soft Body Part]. Right-clicking it started “Crystals or mushrooms?” which asks me to turn in to [Mister Neelo]. However, when I go to the coordinates shown by the quest/minimap, Mister Neelo is not there, so the quest cannot be completed.
NPC does not appear / is invisible → quest is stuck.

I double-checked the prerequisite you mentioned. The quest [427565] On to the Souththree Station is already completed on my character.
Both QuestHelper and QuestState addons show it as “done/already done” (see attached screenshots).
However, [427610] Crystals or mushrooms? still cannot be turned in; the arrow points to [Mister Neelo], but the NPC does not appear at the marked location.
Additional note: I also tried with different client languages and repeated the steps several times—same result.

Quest 427565 is the only requirement for this NPC to appear, please try to complete the quest again as the locations have recently been restarted.
If the problem has not been resolved, temporarily remove all addons and make sure you are checking exactly at the coordinates (24.6/67.3) and let me know the result.
