For the mouse issue, please try without addons, then you can add them one by one to see which one is causing issue.
If you will find which one, please upload it to any service, support, forum DM, Discord DM for review.
I can see that there are UI errors:
For the crash i would advise to perform Interface Reset from the launcher as one of your settings files may be corrupted.

Also with the last updates on February, always I exit the game, the client crashes...
Try it, solved for me.
Go to main folder - interface - addons - xbar - bonus folder. In Bonus folder try to remove two "XMinimap" files.
