Launcher Problem after Update

    Hello together,


    after the last update last Weekend, I can no longer start the game.

    When I start the game, the Launcher comes up and displays the Server Status is offline. A few seconds later a "Updating Game Launcher" Pop up comes up, but...nothing happens.

    The Pop Up closes after a few seconds, the Launcher closes and...nothing...


    I reinstalled the Game, I downloaded and reinstalled...nothing.


    The Launcher_updater.txt always says: "[27.07.2020 10:39:35]:ArcadiaLauncher.exe does not exist!"


    Maybe someone has the same problem or can help me?

    I had a lot of problems with game patches since about June. I do not know what they done with game but now antivirus hate the game itself.


    in your case: probably patch is creating ArcadiaLauncher.exe and antyvirus is deleting file before it is installed. ok you can add another file to antivirus but then will be another and another problem.

    before you install anything with this game you have to turn off antivirus at all. it is really only solution. After game is installed you have to add at least launcher.exe to antivirus to not scan (ignore this file).

    The issue appears only for Kaspersky antivirus and is false positive.

    It's most likely caused by auto backup function.

    We already contacted them, and launcher has been whitelisted twice.
