Rogue warden elite "Phantom Blade" bugged?

    The rogue/warden skill "Phantom Blade" is a level 102 elite skill that costing 5% MP and 5% HP:


    Causes 75.0% main hand weapon DPS + 0.20
    x Dexterity physical damage. A successful hit will summon two Oak
    Walkers that will attack your opponent for 15 seconds.



    (Oak Walkers will also use Phantom Blade for attacking. Damage increases with skill level.)



    I was hoping a server reset would fix this. Currently, when performed, the summoned Oak Walkers do awful damage: white hits only, between 2-7k.


    Wondering if you can please look into the skill to see if it's bugged or if it's just my class. I do more damage with a white hit without any gear. There's just no damage from it.


    Not a bug, but a sideload question: is there a way to increase the probability of summoning?
