To clarify - we are working on possibility to scale up / down whole Auction House interface.
It includes every part of the frame like buttons, text etc.

The UI issue has been confirmed and will be fixed with one of next patches.
Regarding disconnects, as we weren't able to reproduce it with you, it seems like it was connection issue.

It seems like it may be caused by some of your addons which are not compatible with COA anymore.
Are you able to reproduce it without them?

Location of completion for some quests may not be shown, but that's rare.
If you can't see quests on your map at all, please review your map settings.
If they all are correct usually restarting computer may help as it's graphical bug.

These items are available in our IS, and have been already mentioned in this thread.

It seems like your game client version is really old.
Our game client version in download section is 10.2.1.1260.
You should download, install it and start the launcher.
After that, you will be missing 10 patches, which should be downloaded automatically.
"Access denied" mean that either laucher or patcher doesn't have enough permissions.
You may try to install the game directly on desktop, and check in directory permissions if your user has enough privilages.

We have found potential reason of the issue.
This is most likely caused by limited amount of sounds which can be played at the same time.
It will be changed with next patch.
We will be waiting on feedback, if the improvement worked.

Not sure where you have heard that, but COA is very populated.
There is a lot of players online, active guilds, AH full of items, world chat full of messages.
You can just install game client, login to the game and verify it on your own

You can just simply delete directory with the game.
We don't store any additional files / registry keys on your PC, so that's all what's needed.

The issue appears only for Kaspersky antivirus and is false positive.
It's most likely caused by auto backup function.
We already contacted them, and launcher has been whitelisted twice.

It's technically possible, but we don't plan to implement it.
We want these potions to stay as non-linear part of the game.
If you need specific potion, you may reset your maid until you get the one which you need.
