Indeed, "the target is busy" was the reason of the issue.
I restarted the channel, and checked it, and it worked.

I just verified it, and if you had an older version, you probably used an old installer.

Client on the website is 10.4.0.3000, so if you perform installation you should have only one patch.

I am unable to share you exact numbers, but we are reaching our all-time highs since a few months.
There is definitely enough players to find someone to play with, or guild.
You can take a look also how the Auction House is filled, or check our World chat available via web.

1. Questing is still an option, as you can get all races / classes on COA.
Level 80 boost is optional, and only for one class.
2. TP is 10x boosted as well, so you shouldn't have any problems.

We need to perform additional maintenance, to fix issue with mailboxes.

Why? That is first step to global? Maybe remove npc?
No worries!
In the past years, we improved it several times, by offering more diamonds, and adding new exchange options.
We don't plan to remove NPCs which are exchanging gold or mementos to diamonds.
Players still will be able to do that every day, getting 7750 diamonds monthly per character.
95% of our players was exchanging less than that.

We noticed that some players are not receiving their diamonds when clicking a message from a mailbox.
We need to investigate that.

We know that some of you with Windows lower than 10 are getting "USER32.dll" error.
We are working on it, and as soon as there will be a fix, the patch will be published, and this thread will be updated.

If you experienced any errors with update.inf file:
1. Close launcher and client
2. Download manual patch: https://download.chroniclesofa…010.en_10.4.0.2011.en.exe
3. Move it to game directory
4. Start it as administrator
