i have the same Problem sometimes as wl/mage ,it says i have X Amount of Psi but it is a visual error . When i press/use any skill that gives me PSI e.g AntQueen (lvl 75 ISS ) it will resett and display the Psi correct .

You can only use the lvl 80 boost once per Character so you have to level your secondary class "by Hand"

Hi i would like to say that nerfing wardens is dumb and totally unnecessary , you should take care of other classes and leave alone wardens , for example champions that still are way too strong......
For us it was the other way around so the nerf was neccesary (from our Pov)

some small feedback regarding the last patch /post patchnotes .
Tried it out with severeal Heal Combos (Guildmates also) and we almost always have instant Fight end when the last aggroed mob dies Good Job on that.
From a Support Warlock/mage POV not soo great cause u loose some PSI here and there but atleast for me managable.
For Support Warlock super nice Quality of Life change Helps alot
not so nice change imo but the reduced PSI cost for Otherworldly whisper kinda balances that out (atleast for Supp)

Display MoreI just found a bug that halfed the cooldown time of several buffs on my S/Wl (no idea if the class mattered), such as Essence Arrow, Venomous Snipe, Ironblood and many more. It seemed that this happened when I had a specific buff running. Unfortunately I didn't realize what buff that was. First, I thought it was a general S/Wl bug, but after my buffs from yesterday ran out, the bug disappered.
I gonna do some more tests, but just wanted to let you know, that there is something out there breaking the game.
At this screenshot you see my buffs I used all at the same time, but only the ancient water spirit potion had its original 3min cd, all the others finished their cooldown much earlier (Ironblood as well, not on this screen visible).
So dwarven beer and Poisonous Surge were doing as intended, but the others didn't.

In our latest runs I realized that Balton had a quite long immune phase after respawning the first time. Can you somehow reduce this, since it's annoying not to be able to aggro him asap as a tank and in some cases he runs straight to a supporter and onehits him. Thats kinda rng and shouldn't happen imo.
From what i have observed after balton "respawns" when u do the Map event right , he is immune until he hits a Player once . (correct me if im wrong )
So just let him hit one player and it should be fine ( if he gets oneshot he should use some dmg reduce obviously)

Thats why i said, probably u are right that for a extremely short fights and when r/w cant get to the mobs (well like any other rogues) its nothing wrong with that combination ,and you cant really see difference on pdps fully. Our party is always full of pdps (not all are full gold geared, but 3 main rogues - 2x r/w and r/d or if he swap to r/p, and they are full gold) and its really really noticeable.

But now i would like to know how you are comparing the classes , when i read that only(?) the main rogues have full gold gear / not everyone has gold gear in your runs and if it is a fair comparison of the classes.

Display MoreToxic Splash has been nerfed the last 3 patches almost every time. There are several classes that have stronger aoe bursts. The strength of the rogue/warrior is that it can maintain the aoe longer. If Whirlwind gets a maximum number of mobs, the damage must be increased or other skills also reduced . Because the damage from, for example, power of the wood spirits is much greater. And in the single target burst, other classes are also better.
The classes with posion damage belong to the good classes, but I don´t think that all the gift classes are the best overall damage classes. With rogue there are classes that are better than or as good as the /warrior. /priest and /warden belong to it. The /champion is also very strong combination, his support is very good and the damage to it too.
Can you please explain what are your experiences with rouges in endcontent? Becouse from what i see (for me) it looks like you have no idea what are you talking about in the rouges balance topic.
My and mine guild experiences with "Rouges" are totally different than what you say in this matter. We can see how OP is r/w and how strong is r/d becouse we have few of them and those are well geard, experienced players.

Sorry, but i must say that u probably havn't played as r/w properly if u say so. And saying that there are classes that are better than (or as good as) the r/w... well, nothing more to say. You have told before that u are running most of time in party with ~ max 1-2x pdps, maybe thats why u cant see such a difference :).

Well from what i have seen on our Guild runs is the big problem that trash / bosses die too fast that the r/w cant play his full potential.
One main reason to this is that the r/w has a fairly long rotation to do prober damage and of course benefits from other rogues bleeding debuff ( what in our runs rarely happens , we run mostly with 1 rogue ) -> Longer Fights -> better r/w performance

Personally i dont think this is a good idea because at the current state of the game many players have chosen to go 3x Str / 3x Dex for Rogues´s and have finished a red or even Golden Gear with those stats , that this change would (probably) make useless .

Have u tried rogue /priest ? currently the dmg is nice and it also has many ways of defending itself with dmg reduction and the priest aura for example . Maybe that would be worth a try for u ?

I checked it again, with certain attributes, Priest fairy has even lower physical attack / physical damage than any damage dealer cenedril. Could you provide more information? Can you confirm other players in your raid witnessing high amount of damage either? Can you check race of fire fairy by hovering mouse on it? Asking these questions to know if you are missing a patch that was including race change of fairies.

Would it be possible to change this ? Lutine and me Tested this in rofl and we lost both around 110-120 Dura points without dying (on our Bows) in one Run. In comparison our tank lost around 14 points in the whole run(As it looks like Ranged weapons loose dura when offensive Skills hit mobs, other classes/weapons only when white hits are done). In the end we both have enough Golden Hammers to counter that for quite a while but thinking about newer players they will probably run out of Hammers if they run ini frequently .

You missed to read:
- Changed Power of the Wood Spirit to do not require a target to be casted, increased radius to 80.
- Removed Energy Absorb global cooldown trigger.
- Increased Essence of Poison poison damage gain to 30%.
- Changed Phantom Cleave to do not trigger global cooldown after channelling ends.
all this mini changes is quality of life + pushing the class a bit.
I don't see this damage boost. It just doesn't make sense

Probably better to wait for a boss event and join a good party. You kill bosses one after another so have all the boss killing quests and Aldo will be one of the last bosses in the event to kill.

ch/m power within prevents getting magic barrier from w/p - i suspect that was done before when the skill was also doing damage reduction, but since the power within skill was changed plz allow magic barrier to be used together with that skill.
CH/m is also immune to Warlock´s Soothing Paradoxon (498554) looks like to be the same issue .

I would like to suggest a change/adjustment to the Lvl 90 Scout SetSkill "Hurricane Downpour" (494970).
My idea would be to change it like the Imprisonment Pulse from the Champion , you place it and it does dmg on its own , no need to cast or stand still.
Overall i am using this skill rarely in rofl , maybe 2-3 times in the whole ini run (other inis even less) and this change would make it more viable , even for smaller trash groups (2-5 mobs).Currently its only viable to use when there are big mob pulls (10/15+ mobs)

Scout/Rogue :
- Thanks for reverting the changes to Deadly Poison bite
- The changes to Poisonous Spit are a good start in the right direction but need some polishing in my opinion . Currently the DoT is too low ~350-500k per tick (low Dot damage is a problem here and another is that the trash dies rather quick and so the DoT cant really use its whole duration) . Overall in the ini the dmg output is around 1-2% from my whole damage.
A option to adjust this would be maybe to increase the damage and let the damage be dealt by whole instantly (like a entling offering from s/wd) when its triggers from combo shot / reflecting shot.
What we also observed is that the DoT is calculated by your mainhand weapon , so theoretically having a graded mainhand would be BiS here . Is this intended or not ? ( if not maybe the calculation can be changed to scale with ranged dmg or patk ?)
Scout/Mage :
I dont fully understand these changes .
You reduced the allready weak single target damage by nerfing wind whistle even more
I am not a fan of the Cold Flame Shot . 225% with a 60 range is suicide in rofl when more then 2 mobs are present .
And before some people start to argue "but u cant compare everything with rofl there are also other inis" Using a skill with 60 range is useless (as scout) in 99% of the time as you can just start shooting from range and do more dmg in the time it would take you to run in the range to hit mobs with the 60 range Skill.
Sidenote : Cold Flame shot´s CD seems to be not correct . With Bow equiped it says 2 second CD but it has 1 second CD. With X-Bow equipped it says 3 seconds CD but it has 1 second CD

i would suggest some adjustments for the Rogue/Warden as i feel like he is a bit overperforming currently.
For starters i would suggest to change the Bloodthirsty Blade (494045) to have a cooldown on the 10%Patk / 10% pdmg /Crit buff you get ( for example that it cant be triggered again for the next 20? seconds after the buff runs out).
From there on we can see if he needs more adjustments or is fine with that .
