XP multiplier is x10 by default, visible already in quest frame. You can adjust it for x1-10 by skill in your spellbook and block XP totally by item from Item Shop.

All skills are using x10 TP lesser than originally.

White Unicorn is obtainable by quest and Wheel of Fortune, there is no plans to change it.

Snowflake mount is also unique festival mount and rather won't be considered as permanent, unless in future as hard to obtain during festival activities.

Most of dark colored mounts and skins wouldn't work well with possibility to be colored. If you have some certain ones in might that fit, please tell us their names so we can verify it.
