Is there another way to get a lot of rubies besides buying lots of dias like trading dias for rubies? Because I'm trying to get the perfect jewels for 110 and they are only in rubies not dias.

You can get rubies only from diamonds spending, or get Itemshop items for rubies as gift from other player.

Oh ok is it possible than to put the 110 perfect jewels for dias to ? Or give more plussing jewels for that amount of rubies ?
