Magic Interference (493386) seems to have internal cast time

    When I press the skill once and then continue with my rotation, the skill is never used.
    On the other hand Sepal Stab (494602) gets executed instantly.

    493386 so doesn't seem correct, what the tooltip says: Instant

    There is a up to 1 seconds of delay for manual pet skill executions, it is not a bug, but it will be removed in next patch.
