I noticed an issue related to 119143 [Polis Leighton] and the red / blue bulletin board quests.
After server reset, I went to 119143 [Polis Leighton] for the first time that day. My main class was Human Warrior level 80, and I had no secondary class selected.
When I talked to 119143 [Polis Leighton] , the game showed me the following message:
You can now go and accept the quest from the Land of Malevolence Red Bulletin Board!
However, at the same time, the following yellow warning appeared:
“Your current level is too low to accept this quest. Please change to a higher level class. Level Required: . ”
After that, I went to 19576 [Land of Malevolence Red Bulletin Board] with my level 80 Warrior main class, but I could not accept the quest.
I also talked to 119573 [Silverspring Blue Bulletin Board I], but I could not accept the quest from there either.
Then I changed only my main class to level 80 Rogue. I still had no secondary class selected. After testing the same NPC and bulletin boards again, I was able to accept the quests.
So my current test result is:
Human Warrior level 80, with no secondary class selected, cannot accept these quests.
Human Rogue level 80, with no secondary class selected, can accept these quests.
It looks like the quest acceptance result changes only by changing the main class, even though it is the same character, same level, and same conditions.
Because of this, there may be an issue with the quest acceptance requirement or level check for the Warrior class.
