Hey guys,
it seems that Votakai is somehow buggy. I just leveled some more class combinations to elite 50 (with old bags) but he keeps telling me that the latest skill is missing.
Any idea what I'm missing?

please make sure you have the level 60/70 Elite Quest line finished, and all previous elite skills from this class combination acquired.

Once you've completed the eliteskill-quests, you can level up any class to min. 70 and go to Laath Tawan in Silverspring. He will grant you all skills from 15 to 60. After that, you go to Votokai for the level 70 eliteskill.

yeah I did the quest line once for my main scout/druid. All other skills (on the new class combination) where leveled up with old bags.

I've completed the quest for 60 and 70 and I just did it for 15 once. Laath worked for 60 - thanks for the info. But not for all the other elite skill levels from 15-50. Do I still need to do them with old bags?
EDIT: Okay now it worked, but it's slightly different: Laath gives you only the elite 60 and Votokai the rest
