Changed the title of the thread from “New Website Feedback” to “🚀 Website Update Feedback”.
  • Hello,

I would like to share some feedback and observations about the new website update.

Some of these may be actual issues, while others are more related to user experience / interface feedback.

    1. Payment method buttons on the PNC page

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/pnc, the Bank, Cards, Mobile, Crypto, PaySafeCard, and PayPal elements look like clickable buttons at first.

However, when I hover over them or click them, nothing directly happens.

Later, I noticed that when selecting the amount of PNC to buy, the supported payment methods appear during the purchase flow.

This may not be a technical issue, but visually these payment method boxes look clickable, so it can be a little confusing at first. Maybe it could be made clearer that this area is only informational.

    1. Exchange History table

In the Exchange History section, when selecting a year, the table shows 10 rows per page. To see older entries, the user has to go through page 2, 3, 4, etc.

When changing pages, there is also a small loading delay.

This system is not bad, but from a user experience perspective, 10 rows may feel a bit limited. Maybe an option to show 10 / 20 / 50 rows could be added. This would make it easier for players who need to check many entries.

    1. Right-side PNC Balance / Buy More Credits / Exchange History buttons

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/pnc, clicking the PNC Balance area on the right side seems to reload the same page. This feels a little unnecessary or confusing.

The Buy More Credits button moves the page to the top section.

The Exchange History button moves the page to the lower section.

This is understandable in general, but the behavior of the right-side buttons could be a bit clearer. For example, if PNC Balance is not meant to do anything, maybe it should not behave like a clickable button.

    1. Store page redirection

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/store#diamonds, when clicking the top button on the right side, it does not open a new tab. Instead, it redirects the current page to https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/pnc.

This may be intended, but from a user perspective, leaving the current page suddenly can feel a bit abrupt. If this is a credit purchase redirect, the button text could maybe explain this more clearly.

    1. Right-side menu buttons causing up / down jumping

On the Store page, when clicking some right-side buttons, for example the Restoration Card purchase button, the page tries to move to the related section but visually jumps up and down.

It looks like the page moves to the section, then jumps slightly upward, then moves down again.

This feels visually uncomfortable. If needed, I can provide a video showing this behavior.

    1. PNC / Credits / Kredi terminology

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/store, the top-right area shows “2 CREDITS”.

In the middle of the page, the text says the player can exchange credits for in-game Diamonds.

However, the page used to buy credits is https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/pnc, where the system is called PNC.

    This creates some terminology confusion:

    PNC?

    Credits?

    Kredi?

This may be a translation or terminology consistency issue. It would be clearer if the same term was used consistently across the website.

    1. “Jump” tooltip

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/pnc#buy-credits, when hovering over Exchange History on the right side, a tooltip saying “Jump” appears.

When clicked, it moves the page to the lower section.

The behavior may be technically correct, but on the Turkish interface, “Jump” remains in English. Also, the word “Jump” does not clearly explain where the user will go.

Maybe it could be translated as “Git”, “Bölüme git”, or the tooltip could be removed.

    1. Accounts page appears empty

When clicking the ACCOUNTS button in the top menu, https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/accounts opens, but the page appears empty.

Previously, this page showed account information, ID information, login information, and password change options.

At the moment, the page being completely empty may be an issue.

    1. Number of rows in the Activities table

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/activities, the table currently shows 5 entries per page.

To see other entries, the user has to use the page buttons below and switch to page 2, 3, 4, etc.

The system works, but 5 rows feels a bit low. Maybe this could be increased to 10 or 20, or an option could be added so users can choose how many rows they want to see.

    1. Server status information

It could be useful to have a small server status indicator somewhere on the website.

    For example:

    Online

    Offline

    Maintenance

This would allow players to quickly see whether the server is available before trying to log in.

    1. “Opens in new browser tab” tooltip

When hovering over some buttons under the Community menu, the tooltip “Opens in new browser tab” appears.

This information can be useful, but the tooltip sometimes covers the text below it and makes it harder to read.

Maybe the tooltip position could be adjusted, it could appear with a longer delay, or this information could be displayed in another way.

    1. Store and Diamonds navigation

On https://chroniclesofarcadia.com/store, I noticed that the Store and Diamonds menu entries seem to lead to a very similar / same area.

This may be intentional, but from a user perspective it can feel a bit repetitive. Also, when Diamond purchase navigation is highlighted too much, the website can feel slightly too purchase-focused.

This is not necessarily an issue, just personal user experience feedback.

    1. Search system

When I type “elmas” in the search box at the top-right, it returns 0 results.

However, when I type “mağaza”, it finds the related page.

Since “elmas” is a very basic word in the Turkish interface, it would be useful if the search system could also connect this word to the Store / Diamonds page.

Maybe Turkish keyword matching or synonym support could be added to the search system.

    1. Top menu hover areas

When hovering over the top menu entries such as Game, Updates, and Community, a small visual area opens under the title.

At first, I thought there might be another link or clickable area there, so I tried to click it. However, there was nothing there.

This may be intentional design, but from a user perspective it can create a “is there something here?” feeling.

Maybe these small hover areas could be made clearer, or if there is no clickable content, they could be displayed in a simpler way.

Overall, the new website design looks nice. However, some areas could be improved in terms of button behavior, terminology consistency, table usability, and tooltip placement.

    Thank you.
