The Armorcrafting Legendary (80 -100) require 2 items to complete the unlocking of the 80 - 100 level learning.
So far having searched for instructors, no instructor gives access to the required items "Rade Crimson Spike Pants" Lvl 75 and "Rare Jungle Discovery Pants" Lvl 75. The recipes are unavailable above lvl 45. All located Armorcrafting instructors recipe windows are empty. This obviously causes issues when trying to access lvl 100 Armorcrafting to access the Artefact levels. Obvioulsy this has been achieved by some players as they are happily using Artefacts without issue.
The NPC i got the quest from is in Obsidian Stronghold is "Winkus JO" and even he does not issue any recipes in his list. The only recipes I have found for armorrcafting over lvl 45 are from drops.
Information or a solution would be greatly helpful.
