Gold VIP changes

    Now it's that time again: players who bought Gold VIP back then are being cheated again. In the past, you received a fixed reward, but this was repeatedly reduced, and now you're even being cheated out of your Phirius tokens. TQ cards are subject to a daily limit of 80 quests, and the amount of Phirius tokens you receive is reduced after 30 quests. Funnily enough... if you're not satisfied with this, Gold VIP offers you a refund of the PNC, but not the option to use your TQ cards whenever you want with full rewards.
    I'm curious to see what else will be cut. Everyone can see it however they want, but for me, it's slowly bordering on fraud. You bought something, paid money for this game, and now you're no longer getting what you bought back then.

    So GROX, feel free to comment this, or better tell ppl what they bought with the old GOLD VIP and tell them to what you changed this :cursing:

    About the Daily Quest & Prestige Changes

    We know you can be unhappy with the recent Daily Quest changes, especially as Permanent Plus user. Here’s the short version of why we did it and what it really means:

    • Most players do 10–20 DQs per day. For them, nothing effectively changes.
    • The new nerfs (after 30 / 40 / 50 DQs) mostly affect a small number of players doing 80–250 DQs daily, which was heavily distorting the server economy (gold + Phirius Tokens).
    • We added diminishing returns so normal play stays rewarding, but extreme farming doesn’t flood the server with currency.
    • In past with VIP you were required to login 8 separate characters and perform DQs there, while now with Prestige you receive all on one character.

    Permanent Plus changes:

    • Old system: you got DQ reset tickets as items and could stockpile thousands, creating a huge future gold/token dump.
    • New system: you still get the equivalent of 8 tickets per day (up to +80 extra DQs daily), but they’re automatically applied to your daily limit. This is a common way to handle currencies and prevents massive stockpiling.
    • You can also pick other Prestige rewards if you don’t want extra DQs.

    To be fair, Permanent Plus owners have option for refund of PNC to PlayerNet account (removing Permanent Plus and its extra 80 DQs/day). It's worth to mention that even with the new rules, Permanent Plus still provides very strong long‑term value.

    These changes are about keeping the economy healthy and fair for everyone, while still letting active players benefit from playing more. We’ll continue to monitor the data and your feedback.

    You sold this Gold VIP package with certain contents. It was a win for all the old players, but for you as a company, it's a bad deal in the long run the longer it goes on. That was your risk, and now changing it is fraud because you sold something different back then. Offering players PNC if they don't agree is nice, but it doesn't help because it was purchased with euros that were charged extra at the time. If anything, you should give these players their real money back, not your game currency.

    i dont understand is it actually so hard for once to listen to ur community of the players who still use their time for this server? cuz sure as hell we didnt ask for this, it just shows how much you guys care about ur profits instead of community nobody even mentioned this change and all of a sudden it comes, word of a advice listen to ur community and the server will go longg way.

    Well, Grox, wouldn't you like to write what the old Gold VIP status included?

    That's what we paid for, not what we get now. Every player bought PNC with real money back then. So we want to continue enjoying those benefits. I don't want information about why these services were reduced, but what I paid for.

    and also why r u offering pnc back? instead of the original money price ? u could offer the people their money back since none of the perm users wanted ur DQ changes?

    Good strategy, continue like this until there are no players left.

    It's not the first time something has been sold and then taken away from us again in the end. It feels awful, and you keep doing it over and over again. Who cares about “keeping the economy healthy and fair for everyone” when the mood on the server has been going down the drain for ages? Many people will stay on the server because they don't want to waste the time they've invested, but you're making it really hard for us. So please: stop making changes that make players unhappy and start listening to the community (at least a little), because you've been ignoring them for ages.

    This is simply outrageous ! We have two players in our household who each bought the ViP for 100€ back the

    precisely because of the benfits youré now destroying! It´s not like we didn´t top up our accounts a lot over the

    years, both before and after. But things like TQ cards for example, were allways a great addition that we use regulary.

    This change is yet another slap in the face of the veteran players who have remained loyal to the game for so many years!

    As has already been said, they´re only sticking with it because they´ve already invested so many time and money.


    It´s no longer fun or QoL!


    And one of top of that, it´s outrageous to offer us PNC refund instead of our real money.

    I also consider it a breach of contract.


    You should simply listen more to your community, these aren´t the only difficulties currently making things hard for

    even the most patient players.

    Here's our perspective on the Gold VIP discussion, the economic reasons behind the changes, and what remains unchanged.


    1. What Gold VIP / Permanent Plus actually was

    • You bought features and access (extra DQs, convenience etc.), which you are still receiving - not a lifetime guarantee that specific reward values would never change.
    • Our legals explicitly state that game content, rewards and mechanics can be adjusted when needed for balance and service quality.
    • You have already used these benefits for years. Asking for full money refunds now, after extensive use, would effectively mean getting those advantages for free and would be unfair to other players.

    2. Why the DQ / Prestige change is needed

    • The change targets a small percentage of players doing 80-250 DQs/day, way more than you can do with Prestige, which was flooding the economy with gold and PT and widening the gap between old and new players.
    • Normal play is basically unchanged; the reward structure stays, only extreme farming gets diminishing returns. You can still use the full number of DQs, just with reduced extra gains at the very high end.
    • This is not about increasing our income. It's about stabilizing gold and diamond prices and keeping progression reasonable for new and returning players, instead of letting a tiny group push the whole economy.
    • A "good mood" on the server also depends on a playable economy. If prices are out of control, new players quit long before they reach endgame.

    3. On "fraud", "half product" and refunds

    • Calling this "fraud" or "taking half of what you paid for" is simply wrong. You still receive the core Gold VIP / Permanent Plus features and a clear advantage over non-VIP players.
    • We reserve the right to adjust in-game systems and virtual currencies, and virtual credits have no cash value and are not generally refundable in real money.
    • The offered PNC refund already goes beyond what we are strictly required to do.

    4. Additional option - Restoring the original VIP

    • For players who bought Permanent VIP before Prestige existed and insist on the original deal, we can offer a rollback to the full original Permanent VIP package on a case-by-case basis.
    • Concretely, that means:
      • Original VIP rules for Daily Quests: 1 DQ reset ticket/day/character, handled exactly as it worked back then.
      • All original VIP rewards (vault, bonuses, etc.) restored in their former form.
      • No integrated Prestige and no current "80 daily charges" system tied to Permanent Plus.
    • This option is strictly to mirror what was sold at that time. It is less convenient and, in practice, weaker than the current Prestige-based model, but if someone prefers the original package over today's benefits, we are prepared to honor it in that form.


    Gold VIP / Permanent Plus still gives a significant, long-term advantage over regular accounts.

    We never promised immunity from balance changes, and we will always adjust systems when necessary to protect the game economy and the wider community - even if some players dislike those changes.

    The current rules and refund option stand; no further changes to Gold VIP / Permanent Plus are planned.
