I cant level my weaponskill which was increased while optaining level 106.
I dont know if its intended but some other people can level their weaponskills.

yea for me same with golden dragen i get xp now without him after around 5hours not even 0,01

If you have the features/buffs shown in the images below, you can progress easily. If you don't, it may take a very long time.
%+1.000 Weapon Skill XP and %+70 Weapon Skill XP

This is due to very low amount of exp gained, so using boosting skills is causing them to more viable, however we have decided with next update that maximum weapon skill level with be effected by player level up to maximum of 105, similar to class spells.
