Hi, it's a long time issue and as it is still there, I guess no one ever reported it (?). Sometimes items are stuck in bag queue (same as it was for fishes). It happens quit often when you farm gold or in mirrorworlds. I hope this would be fix someday cause it's a bit annoying when you're in farming gold mode and have to wait for items to stop being stuck in queue.

Since it is not commonly reported, it might be issue specific to your situation, please provide information about following details:
1. Is this only in one zone, if so in which?
2. Are you solo or in party? If in party, are members around? If yes, what are rarity and loot settings?
3. Are you using any addons for looting?
4. Are you using any items/pets for loot/gold?
5. How often does it happen, can you reproduce it?
6. How many free and maximum bag slots do you have?
7. Does both relog and zone change resolve issue?
8. Does it unstuck in any other situation by itself?9. Does it happen also if you loot items slower?
10. Does it stuck next to specific free slot (like previous slot is some potion, arrow, stackable item etc.)?
11. Does it occur only to stackable items or also singular like gears?
12. Anything else you might find related or useful.

1. It generally happens when I farmed gold (VoR) and in mirrorworlds.
2. I'm always alone.
3. Lootomatic version 1.40 . I just noticed that the one from launcher is 1.3 so maybe it could come from there ? but it would be weird since mine seems to be an updated version (according to the .3 / .4 ) of the one from launcher.
4. I've perfum all the time and sometimes the items for gold and I'm only using my pet for looting.
5. It happens randomly , when I farm gold in VoR for example sometime it will hapens only once in 15min and sometimes 2-3 times and for mirrorworlds I've the feeling that it mostly happens on the green mats ones.
6. I've all bag slots unlocked perma.
7. I never reloged or changed zone, I just wait the loot to come in my bag (it usually unlocked itself after waiting like 30s or so)
8. It always unstuck itself after some times of waiting but then it happens again after few mobs killed. If it start to happens in a mirrorworld or in a VoR run then it will happens all the run and then next run / mirrorworld it usually don't.
9. It's not really a matter of killing less mobs at a time I think , when bug appear I might be able to kill a pat then it would loot fine and next pat items will be stuck in queue.
10. The previous slot in my bag is always a weapon.
11. I would say that it only happens on stackable items yes since when I farm gold the only items looted are runes / healing/mana herbs and mirrorworld items.
12. It's also not related to a ping issue, I've most of the time the ctrl + x option on and ping is always stable when it happens.

Can you confirm if you're using addon to auto throw away items at same time whilst looting?
PS: I removed icons part as it was already fixed with patch yesterday, and unrelated to current topic.
