Title "Arcadia Supporter"

Hello, can you tell me how I can activate the Arcadia Supporter title? There is none in the choice of titles.

If you have the title unlocked allready ( you need to have atleast a Prestige Plus subscribtion), you can find him in your title interface (Default "T") -> Event Titles -> Special.
