String Error

    Hello,


    I have the following Problem:
    When I try to start the Game, the game window appears but its a black screen
    shortly after that the following window appears:


    "Open string file error"


    When I click on the "OK" Button another Window appears
    with the Header report and the message report


    for that I can choose "ok" and "cancel"



    I saw in another Thread that someone had the same problem like me but I couldn´t find the fix or answer how to get the game working again ^^ So I hope that someone can help me

    Problem has been resolved with following steps:


    1. disabling Windows 10 SmartScreen function
    2. moving .PlayerNet directory to user Desktop from Program Files (for increase privilages)
    3. adding game client directory and client.exe to exclusions in AVG antivirus
    4. manual patching game client with administrator privilages
    5. adding following string to Runedev.ini
