Yes, many of the client-side issues are caused by not-compatible or outdated add-ons.
Getting as example AuLite as of now it reduces the FPS of ~20% due to errors.
If the base game works as intended for 99% of the community, but behaves strangely for a single player, that's one of the questions we ask.
